My experience with Bailee at simply fit was amazing. She's an extremely supportive trainer and really helps cater to what kind of goals you're looking for and gives you realistic workouts that you can even learn to do your own. Over the few couple of weeks that I've been here I have gotten much stronger. I feel a lot more healthy and motivated to continue my fitness journey. Definitely the place to go if you're looking for a trainer!

I have had a wonderful time so far at Austin Simply Fit with my personal trainer, Bailey. She has been so accommodating by meeting me and my training partner where we are in our fitness journey and even going so far as to zoom call us while we are on vacation to make sure we get our workouts in. Can’t wait to continue getting stronger here!

David Polisky is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. He took time to understand my own modest fitness goals, then very politely showed me my real potential. Wow! I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, and his training has really paid off in “real life”. Talk about functional fitness.

I wish I knew about Austin Simply Fit earlier as the last 8 months have been a great learning experience! It was really nice to get one on one instruction in a private gym without having to wait for equipment or deal with other distractions. I got to work with Nicky Trbovich and he was awesome! Very professional and friendly and helpful in explaining what was going on mechanically with each exercise. I would highly recommend trying out this place, especially if you’re a beginner and looking to learn the basics of weightlifting!

If you're looking for a sign to start doing something for yourself, this is IT.I've trained with Vilita since June, and I am feeling myself again, but like, a better version. My body is my daily driver, and since I can't trade it in, I had to make moves to maintain this thing. I work at a Vet clinic which is very physical, but also stagnant computer work. I was getting achy, couldn't sleep, feeling like a blob; it was hard to do a 1-trip grocery grab.I tried a free class with Vilita and girl, I was hooked. I never felt so supported, listened to, and truly NOT judged.Vilita is my daily affirmations personified. She always checks in with how the bod and mind is feeling, and encourages me to advocate for what I need during My session. Some days I've peaked by leaving my bed, and she does not shame me for that, and encourages any movement.After just a few weeks I was feeling STRONG and more confident. I felt comfy in my own body.Not to mention that Vilita is extremely flexible in scheduling, and is very responsive to messages.Maybe your boss sucks, or your car is breaking down, or it rained on your new hair. Getting up, and moving, making progress is something you CAN control when everything seems hard. And that is why I get to Simply Fit.

Bailee has been an excellent instructor and always focused on getting the right form. I feel like I am not only getting a good workout but an education on form and how to workout properly. Prices are higher than I expected but worth it in my opinion.

After taking a 3 year break from weight training and gaining the covid 20 pounds I felt like it was time to get back in shape. Baylee has been the perfect match for me. She understands my goals and is the perfect balance between pushing me and keeping my goals in alignment. Super happy to have Baylee on my wellness team. She is a super star!!!

I have been training with Nicky Trbovich at Austin Simply Fit for nine weeks now, and l couldn’t be happier with the results he has helped me attain.Nicky engages me with movements, stances, and techniques that help me comprehend what proper form feels like. His coaching skills never slouch nor offend. He knows exactly what I can do; he simply helps me realize it as well. Perhaps the key takeaway I’ve gained from training at this gym is, indeed, its simplicity.When I first joined Austin Simply Fit, I was a complete novice to strength training but found the environment instantly approachable. The space is curated to reflect the gym’s ethos of focused training with one-on-one guidance, and everyone was there for one thing only: personal fitness. No prying eyes, and nobody just there to be seen.The initial consultation asked thoughtful questions and acquainted me with the space as well as what to expect in my sessions. Not a lot of frills, no gimmicks. It was exactly as advertised: go here and get fit—simple.And it has been that simple. Since I joined, I have seen tremendous shifts in the quality of my energy, range of motion, strength, and stability. The day to day improvements in my stress, confidence, and overall sense of wellbeing have been profound.
