I’ve been going here since April of this year and I’ve been loving it. My trainer is Kristal and I love her! She’s supportive and understanding. I have a previous injury that still affects me and is always mindful of it. She’s taught me about proper form and how to get the best results from the exercises, I also really appreciate how whenever I might not be able to finish a set she never makes me feel like I’ve failed even though I get down on myself. I highly recommend her!

I have been training at Austin Simply Fit for some months now, and my time here has been fantastic. They provide an uncrowded space with great equipment, intense training sessions, knowledgeable coaches, and a welcoming environment. I started out with very little knowledge and with terrible consistency, but at Austin Simply Fit, I've made great strides in my personal fitness journey, and am so pleased with the progress I am seeing.I love working with my trainer, Kristal. She is a strong guide on both the macro and micro technical elements of my program, a precisionist who is mindful of small details but will simultaneously emphasize the greater picture. Always focusing on the positive, she is intensely encouraging in how she motivates me to push for my goals, and has an energy that is infectious.I am very happy with my time spent here, and strongly recommend Austin Simply Fit, and Kristal, to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

I trained with Eric Brooks for about a year and throughout most of my second pregnancy. I had a great experience and look forward to return after recovery. I'd never done strength training before. It was a very welcoming and supportive environment. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This summer she returned to Austin Simply Fit, and Sierra’s expertise in training and recovery has helped improve our daughter’s physical strength including addressing injury prevention.
