I joined Austin Simply Fit a few months ago, and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the facilities are top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was part of the family.My trainer, Dan, is knowledgeable, passionate, and incredibly skilled. He takes the time to really understand your goals and helps you create a personalized plan to achieve them. He pushes you to work hard, but he does so in a way that is both motivating and supportive.What I appreciate most about Dan is that he is always willing to go above and beyond to help his clients. Whether it's answering questions, offering advice, or just providing some extra encouragement, he is always there for you. It's clear that he truly cares about his clients and wants to help them succeed.Overall, I would absolutely recommend this gym (and Dan) to anyone looking for a high-quality, private personal training experience. I feel fortunate to be a part of this gym, and I'm excited to continue my fitness journey here.

I have been training with Sierra for over 6 months now, and have seen tremendous results. Not only do I see the results in my physique, but my sports performance has increased in the best way possible. I have gotten stronger, I have gained knowledge on the right technique, how to take care of my body, and how to feed it. I can’t say enough good things about Sierra! She is definitely preparing me to play D1 softball next year!

My wife and I enjoyed working out with Jackie! She is really kind and very attentive to form. Once we figured out the correct loading, the workouts felt very substantial despite the 30 min sessions. Would recommend!

Sierra is an amazing trainer! As a runner, I came in because of knee pain. She took a full body assessment and approach, and after a a few short months I can tel my body is stronger, my runs more efficient, and over health feels great. And she’s fun, to boot. Good overall atmosphere and always feed super supportive and welcoming at Simply Fit.

Great place! My daughter has been going for about 6 months and really enjoys it. Sierra is top-notch and helps young athletes use correct form. She is also extremely knowledgeable and motivates these young athletes! We are lucky to have found her and highly recommend!

I finally made the decision to do some strength training after a cervical spine surgery that left me with some nerve damage, and I'm happy I chose Austin Simply Fit for my re-entry into the gym. For the last three months, Dan Behnfedt has been kind, respectful of lingering issues (providing accommodations whenever necessary), and unfailing in his encouragement. I now feel more confident about working out on my own, and I definitely feel stronger. It's been a very positive experience overall.

Austin Simply Fit is an excellent gym. Sierra Nevels, my personal trainer, is knowledgeable, smart, and assuring. She helped me not only get stronger but also gain more mobility. I ran with a lot knee pain. Since going to Austin Simply Fit and working with Sierra, it has diminished and diminished such that I forget that I ever ran with the pain. look forward to working out with Sierra and enjoy her pushing me to be fitness goals.
