My daughter (15 at the time) started working with Sierra at Austin Simply Fit beginning around January 2022. The results have been incredible. She has added at least 15 lbs of pure muscle and her over all health is better. We firmly believe her working out with Sierra has given her an edge as an athlete allowing her to have multiple D1 power 5 offers to play softball. Completely worth the time, energy, and money!

Sierra trained my son Rob for several years before our first personal training session. She could immediately see my strength level and quickly get a read on what we needed to do. Now in my 50’s, I’m on a mission to improve body composition and Sierra really knows her stuff — resistance training, nutrition, hoops, and much more. My daughter, upper level competitive gymnast, has been working this year with Sierra for athletic strength training and it has been a fantastic experience! As a former collegiate athlete herself, Sierra's approach to non-sport specific strength training has been exactly what our daughter has needed. She has seen gains in her strength, endurance, and gymnastics skill development as a result.The Burnet location is a wonderfully clean gym with top notch equipment and a great atmosphere. I've been training with Kimi for over 3 months, and it's been a great experience. I was squatting down the other day and realized I haven't been able to do that comfortably for years. Kimi always takes the time to listen and takes pain very seriously and will work with you to mitigate that. I was very nervous to go back to a gym after not doing so for so many years. Austin simply fit is the perfect place because everyone there has an appointment for a trainer. I feel very comfortable there, and I'm speaking as someone who gets easily uncomfortable.

Having trained for over a year, I can highly recommend this business and it’s employees. Great care is taken to match the workout to the person. My daughter wanted to see more gains from her workouts. We decided to team up w/ Sierra. She was a great coach and trainer. She identified areas to address and tailored the workouts to my daughters needs. After a couple of months, my daughter was where she needed to be for the first day of college volleyball practice. It's been about three months since I started working at Austin Simply Fit. While I wasn't new to exercising, I was a beginner to strength training and weight lifting specifically. I've never felt intimated while at the gym. The staff and other clients are friendly and its clear that everyone is running their own race and doing their personal best.Kimi is an excellent trainer. My sessions seem to fly by, due in large part to her warm and friendly personality. She plans workouts that are efficient, appropriately challenging, and with enough variety so I don't get bored. I'm getting stronger and look forward to seeing how far I can go.

It’s an awesome experience training at Austin Simply Fit. The atmosphere, equipment, and music are top tier. My experience training with Sierra has been very good, she is extremely versatile and smart, she’ll always give you a workout that challenges you but isn’t impossible. It’s a great gym to train at for every type of person no matter what sport you do or what you want to accomplish. For example I do gymnastics, so my training is focused on maximizing the muscles I need for that.

I’ve worked with many trainers over the years but have been training at home on my own during the last 2 years of the pandemic. Recently I started working with Sierra and she is without a doubt the best I’ve worked with. Sierra is extremely knowledgeable, motivating, and friendly, but also really efficient. I get more done in 30 minutes than I used in an hour. Feeling really lucky to have found her. Also Austin Simply Fit is a great gym. We’ll equipped with a great vibe balancing friendly atmosphere with serious work.
