A really great experience for me a few training sessions in. 'Diverse clientele and staff - an overall warm, supportive vibe. Matt has been superb - great knowledge and experience - he challenges/pushes and encourages me, and seems genuinely interested in me and my progress - just a super guy with great energy.

I came to Austin Simply Fit on the recommendation of a couple of friends and have been training with Kimi for several months. Kimi's been a great trainer - observant, challenging me without overwhelming me and just generally being a great person to hang out with for 30 minutes while I lift increasingly heavy objects. I like the overall vibe of the place and really appreciate the diversity of shapes, sizes and ages of people there.

I hadn’t properly worked out in years when I started working with Niamh, had never been consistent with any fitness regime I’ve tried in the past (cycling, Pure Barre, etc), AND hadn’t ever worked out in a gym or done any sort of weightlifting. I’ve had twice weekly sessions with Niamh for almost a year now and I almost never miss it!! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and makes everything feel approachable. I always leave feeling accomplished and proud of myself. The gym itself is super clean and everyone is super friendly. I can’t recommend it enough, if you’re interested at all in getting stronger and tend to get overwhelmed thinking about where to even start, book a consult with Niamh. You’ll be so glad you did!

I am loving Austin Simply Fit and on my second package of sessions with Quintin. Quintin has been great in getting to know me, my goals and customizing my training sessions. His disposition, coaching and training style has been a strong match for me - encouraging, not afraid to course correct and knowing now where and how to push me. My trainer Sianna is incredible! She is very knowledgeable and supportive, always working with you to find the best work out and always believing in you even when you want to give up. The equipment at the gym is always clean and the wide variety of it allows for a huge range of different workouts you can do.

This is what I needed to kick start my fitness journey. Matt has been very diligent during our workout sessions by providing feedback on my form, tips on what I can do to keep up the momentum and most importantly not letting me burn out at the end of the session. Matt has been very flexible to accommodate my schedule and I would highly recommend for anyone serious about getting fit.

Sianna is an amazing trainer! She is so knowledgeable about the mechanics of the body and can explain / communicate effectively why she asks me do to certain exercises in a specific way. It also helps that she’s fun to get along with — it really makes the 7am workouts enjoyable. She has finally helped me do a pull up after years of trying and I am stronger than I ever thought I could be!

It’s a shame that I can’t give this gym 10 stars, because I would! I’ve never been athletic and didn’t start working out regularly until joining Austin Simply Fit about six months before the pandemic lockdown. I had never tried personal training before and working with a trainer has made the difference between sticking with it and giving up. Krista, the owner, is very selective about the kind of trainers that she hires. No big egos here, no showing off. Just a kind, intelligent and friendly vibe. The atmosphere is so low-key and pleasant and friendly. My trainer, Dan, is terrific, hitting just the right balance between acceptance, and challenging me to push harder. I am stronger and more fit than I have ever been and I feel better about myself. I just can’t recommend Austin Simply Fit highly enough!

Austin Simply Fit is a great gym for training with a personal fitness coach. The building is clean, the equipment is always in good shape, and everyone is super friendly. My trainer is Quintin and he’s super awesome! He knows good technique is patient with my training. Can’t recommend this gym (and Quintin) enough!
