I cannot recommend Niamh enough! Coming from someone who used to dread working out or stepping foot into a gym, she has completely built my confidence in the gym and now I look forward to my workouts with her. She guides you through all the workouts and is extremely patient with her clients. She creates workouts that help you build up to your goals. She’s a joy to work with and always has a smile on her face.. even at 630am! If you have been thinking of working with a trainer- do it! Love this gym! It has a friendly vibe and the trainers are professional and knowledgeable. My trainer, Brendan, helped me achieve my goals and I truly looked forward to each session with him. If I had not moved away from Austin, I would definitely still be going there.

Been training with Kristal for a few months now at Austin Simply Fit. Honestly, she's amazing! She knows her stuff inside out and always keeps me going. Training with Ashley B. is always an A+ experience!! The workouts are only 30 min but pack a punch; my quads were quivering down the stairs. Ashley was great at accommodating my injury. And she is a superb hype woman that’ll keep you going.
