I’ve been working out with Sierra at Austin Simply Fit for 3 months now trying to get prepared to play college basketball at UT Dallas and this experience has been everything I needed. I am challenged every workout and Sierra pushes me every session. The athletes and staff here are the definition of elite.

I've been working out with Matt Webb for the past month, and it's been great! As someone who is new to working out, his guidance has been invaluable. He's been incredibly understanding of me being a bit late because of transportation issues and flexible with booking new session dates when something comes up. Love it!

Awesome gym with great facilities and a low key atmosphere. Jackie has been a fantastic trainer and has helped me get back into weight training after many years out of the gym. Very positive energy, deep knowledge of technique, and a great motivator. Highly recommend!

Awesome gym! Great space, energy, equipment and people.Eric Brooks works with me and he’s fantastic. Super knowledgeable, organized and sweet. My results with him have been amazing, body composition has changed dramatically and I can do things I never could despite having kept pretty strong fitness regimes in the past. I feel much better throughout my life. I started with only a little experience weight lifting and he made me feel comfortable, but I can tell he’d be great for more advanced clients as well.The gym itself is nice because you get equipment that is better than at even high end general membership gyms, and there is always the right amount of people for the space and resources. Their model is to be very efficient in 30 minute sessions so it’s great for people with demanding jobs. I generally would have avoided appointment only gyms as an indulgence but not here - this place has a great sense of a community and the value for your health is worth it.
