I have had a wonderful experience with Kimi A. at Austin Simply Fit. As a former college athlete, I’ve tried different types of trainers and programs over the years. Now that I am in my 40s, I am shifting from the cardio-heavier routines of my 20s and 30s to focus more on weight training. Kimi is incredibly engaging, kind and down-to-earth, and she has an unwavering focus on safety and form, with excellent cues that I can easily adopt. She makes me laugh, which keeps me motivated, and she expects big things from me, which helps me expect them of myself. Five stars! Chef’s kiss!

Quintin is wonderful to work with! He listens, encourages, and challenges. I am recovering from knee surgery and he has been very mindful of my limitations with that. We focus a lot on form and concentric/eccentric movement, which I greatly appreciate. I look forward to each training session.

Finally a gym for not perfect bodies. Most of the clients are over 35 and we're all just here to do our work in a well-designed, lululemon-free environment. The diverse group of trainers and clients feels more like the real world than a nightclub. The music, for the most part, is a happy mix of 90's hip hop. I enjoy my trainer, Ben. He helps me maintain health and fitness without demanding that I join a cult. He is also very good at helping me through an injury, not pushing it too hard but addressing it in a therapeutic way.

I've been coming to Austin Simply Fit and training with Ashley for a couple of months now and I am constantly in shock of the progress I make. Ashley is an amazing trainer and really takes the time to make sure you're doing everything correctly before moving into the next step of the progression. She positive and hilarious and makes working out fun and meaningful.

I've been training with Dan for about 9 months now, and it's been a great experience. He's a great motivator, and has planned out our workouts to help focus on my specific fitness goals. Dan really knows his stuff, and has done a great job of explaining how to safely tackle a wide array of exercises, as well as the different benefits of them. I always look forward to our workouts!

Training with Jackie at Austin Simply Fit has been simply wonderful! I started training at the beginning of the year, and after each session I leave feeling stronger, energized, and refreshed. Sianna is an amazing trainer who is clearly very dedicated to her work with clients - not only is she knowledgeable and passionate about exercise science, she's also patient and encouraging when making necessary form corrections. She has had extensive education in her field, and it really shows in the way she leads her workout sessions.Coming to Austin Simply Fit is completely worth the time and money, and I'd highly recommend this location to anyone seeking to improve their health or athletic performance.

This gym is a wonderful place to train. The owner, Krista Bergeron keeps the place “hopping.” I’m 72 years old and and my trainer, Eric Brooks a former professional baseball player, has developed work out routines for me that are tailored to my needs. I may not make the majors anymore but who knows, maybe the Senior Olympics? If anyone can get me there it’s Eric.

My student athlete had no experience with strength/weight training prior. Sierra has taught her proper form through a program that has increased strength and agility. The improvement to her strength, agility, endurance and overall mental health has helped her to reach her goals. My daughter looks forward to each training session with Sierra. They are always professional and extremely knowledgeable.
