My experience at Heavy Mettle has been great. If you struggle with motivation, this is the place to work out. I love not having to come up with my own plan, track my own weights, etc. I just show up and Kevin tells me what to do and when. Kevin and the whole staff are friendly and welcoming and really just meet you where you are. The vibe is fun and non-judgmental, and Kevin gently pushes me just the right amount. Plus, the space is great.

I've been going to Heavy Mettle Fitness for the last 4 months and it has truly been a game-changer for me. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, and as a result of their guidance, I've seen significant improvements in my strength and stamina. Not to mention, I've lost 20 lbs! I'm so grateful for the support and motivation provided by the team at Heavy Mettle Fitness. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a personal trainer in Austin, that can provide nutrition advice as well.

I love my workout sessions with Matt and I have observed a significant change in my overall fitness and stamina and it has been only 3 months since I started! Matt has a great personality and is very encouraging and astute. He drives you to your max capability and yet is very aware about safety. You will not regret joining him. I strongly recommend you to try it out especially if you are like me who spent years at gyms trying to do in my own.

My experience so far has been all positive. The fitness instructors have been really encouraging, attentive to my mistakes and correcting them, showing me new routines and pushing my limits. I've been lifting weights at the gym for 10 years and I'm still learning new things here! Highly recommend.

I've an overall great experience with Heavy Mettle Fitness, because of the amazing fitness trainers and great results to my physique and strength. The fitness trainers are easy to understand and educate me in terms of proper form and exercise selection. They also have a great attitude and willingness to help me with problems I've had during training.

I’ve been working with Matt for over a year and cannot recommend Heavy Mettle fitness highly enough. I was looking for a lifestyle change, but I actually ended up with a full lifestyle transformation. In addition to losing weight, I’ve also gained so much strength, a ton of confidence, a love of training and the gym, and a better understanding of and relationship with food and nutrition.I reached out to Matt, having come off of recentish ankle and knee injuries, with the goals of losing weight/fat and gaining strength. Through a combination of training and nutrition coaching from Matt and Adrien, I was able to sustainably lose 35 pounds. But it’s the strength gains that I love the most.Matt and his team push you, but in a positive and encouraging way resulting in amazing vibes in the gym every day. Don’t get me wrong, you still have to show up and do the work, but Matt and his team give you all the tools and support needed to help you reach our goals.

I started going to Heavy Mettle in early July, and it's been such a great experience so far. I feel stronger and I know that all the workouts I'm shown are helping me get to my body goals. Love my trainer, and it's definitely worth investing in myself by going here.

I have been training with heavy mettle fitness once a week for about 5 months now. The trainers that I have worked with provide excellent coaching concerning form, diet, and new exercises to try. The personal gym that they use is also updated with new equipment and is always kept clean!
