My husband and I are working on rehabbing our fitness routine. We found Kevin in our search for a trainer. Kevin works with us 2x a week. We've made great progress in a short amount of time. Kevin is the perfect balance of encouraging and challenging. The gym is clean and well outfitted. All of the trainers are approachable and knowledgeable.

Matt and his team are great! Kevin’s my trainer is awesome and has been pushing me towards meeting my goals since January. I’m going on week 8 now and am making progress. Personal, positive, atmosphere and am motivated to keep going. If you’re looking to make it hat change, I recommend these guys! I've been training with Matt for 6 months now. Everything has been going great! I've gotten stronger and leaner. I'm lifting past previous milestones. All the trainers here are very nice and encouraging. I've seen them work with all different kinds of people including many first time beginners. They do a great job walking you through an exercise until your comfortable with it. Whether you're looking to get stronger or just be in better shape, I highly recommend working these trainers. If you stick with it, you'll see positive results!

Matt and his team were absolutely welcoming from the first day I contacted them. Because I’m Type 1 Diabetic, I had specific concerns and goals, which they worked to understand and plan my sessions around. Matt is very responsive in communication, and Jordan is an awesome trainer - working with my schedule and skill level, showing nothing but support. The whole team is knowledgeable and kind. I like the atmosphere at the gym, being a smaller operation with only a few clients (at most) at a time which prevents overcrowding (and noise) and allows us more space to focus. I’d highly recommend checking this place out, asking a lot of questions and giving it a try!

I have been training at Heavy Mettle for around 3 months now. The amount of progress I have made over this time is remarkable. My initial conversation with Matt helped me realize that all the trainers here are a supportive group of folks no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Consistency and people who believe in you are important to get you started. Kevin as a trainer has helped me reach milestones that I had never imagined I’d achieve. I’ve been training with Matt and Kevin for a couple of months now. They’re super professional, knowledgeable and always making sure that you’re feeling good throughout the workouts. The beginning of one’s fitness journey can be an intimidating and confusing start. But I’ve found that with the trainers at Heavy Mettle Fitness, it makes the process incredibly more reassuring. At the age of 18 with very little prior weightlifting experience, it’s always been a goal of mine to put on muscle and take my health and fitness seriously. After a hard vouch from my dad – who’s been working out with Matt at Heavy Mettle for 3 years now and has had remarkable progress – I knew that this is where I needed to be to jumpstart my weightlifting journey.I’ve been training with Kevin for about 5 month now and I can’t say enough great things about Kevin and Heavy Mettle. Kevin is super knowledgeable, encouraging, and excellent at holding you accountable. He designed and walked me through a personal program tailored around my own fitness goals. I have not only seen great progress in my strength and muscle mass gains, but also in my understanding and grasp on proper weight training. He’s helped me set a fantastic foundation and basis in technique/form, diet, and recovery that will continue to serve me for the rest of my fitness journey.Heavy Mettle is an immensely positive, hardworking, and supportive environment. I've been training with Jordan at Heavy Mettle Fitness for a little over 2 months. He designed a program specific to my goals and current fitness level, including a personalized nutrition program. It's great having someone who keeps me accountable and pushes me to achieve my goals. I've made so much progress in just a few weeks and always look forward to my time at the gym. Matt was super responsive when I made an initial request for more information via the website, and got in touch with me shortly after. I was then promptly connected with a trainer and was able to begin training on my desired start date. Matt and team are professional, and consideration is given at every touchpoint. Everyone at the gym has been friendly and welcoming. My favorite thing about the gym (besides my amazing trainer, Jordan), is that it's a private facility, so I get one-on-one attention from my trainer in a calm and focused environment. I highly recommend Heavy Mettle Fitness to anyone, regardless of where you are at along your fitness journey.

Great Experience since Day 1 and still loving this gym. Matt was very professional in our consultation and offered an informative and personalized approach to helping me select the service and plan that would best fit my goals.My trainer, Kevin is super friendly and flexible and has tailored his training style to fit both my fitness goals and my personality.The results have been amazing to see, the service and the gym itself are exactly what I was hoping to find and the camaraderie has been an added bonus.

Matt and his team are great! I came to them without really any knowledge on where to begin my fitness journey. Matt took the time to listen to my goals and experience to come up with a customized plan for me. In the early sessions they took the time to ensure I was lifting with proper form so I didn’t have any problems or injury as I was starting from scratch. They also paced the workouts so that I could keep up, and see great progress in just the few weeks. Looking forward to continuing to work with Matt and his team!
