This use to be my favorite gym when it first opened, however the new management is rude and unprofessional. It’s always dirty, and It smells bad. If that wasn’t bad enough already, they will NEVER let you cancel your membership. You will have to LITERALLY close your bank account to prevent them from charging you, as that’s easier than cancelling in the gym. They go through employees like clockwork now, and to be honest brick bodies, one life, anytime fitness, even planet fitness, would be a better choice than getting scammed at this gym.

I’ve been to a lot of gyms but this one is the worst. It’s disgustingly dirty and it not kept up by maintenance. There has been fecal matter on the walls of the bathroom so many times. The equipment is okay, but not well kept at all. The general manager is ruining this gym, the space is good, but the environment is not. If you are a young lady , one of the men working there will make you uncomfortable. After speaking to a lot of others this was their experience as well. Same guy, some motive. Stay away from this gym! Not worth the price and not worth the workout. The GM is not only running this place down and is making everyone uncomfortable.

This was the worst gym experience in my entire life. They company overcharges you with the membership fee. And you have to pay for the month after you cancel your membership. Still waiting on a refund that I asked for in June but was told, I asked for it in July by the same manager who took forever to return the refund. I already had issues with this place because of their poor customer service skills and to add they aren't helpful in any way. I will never use this gym again. Worst experience ever.

Good gym overall. Plenty of space. Clean. Several Olympic lifting platforms, spin room, fitness studio, etc. Friendly staff

I really wanted to like this place. It is large, spacious and open. However, after a couple of months of use, I've noticed that cleanliness is not necessarily a top priority. It often feels as if the maintenance staff has called in sick for the last three days. The gym floor regularly needs to be swept. The machines need to be wiped down. The locker room floors are constantly grungy. The splash guards in the urinals have not been changed in months -- they now have a black residue on the parts below the water.

Only reason they got 2 stars is because they have equipment. Doesn’t mean it will be clean, I have gone to the gym almost daily for 5+ years of my life, did gymnastics for the rest of it, I wipe my equipment and somehow still managed to catch ringworm from this place. Employees are almost all young men, going around hitting on women (me) which made it way more uncomfortable for me. Bathrooms are dirty, floors are dirty, and obviously equipment is too. A majority of the time the employees actually can’t even be found, even if you did need anything. Went to cancel my membership and the “manager” is only available 10-6 so I got denied from cancelling it, told I would receive a phone call and never did. As someone that has moved over an hour away, works a full time job, I still managed to go in in the morning to cancel just to get denied. I call back the next day just to get put on hold for 15+ minutes 3 separate times. When I went in time to cancel the first time, it was before I would’ve been charged and instead they recommend I send in a letter that will cause me to be charged an extra month. Even though I went in in person, and offered other times to meet other than 10-6 the “manager” refused still. This is actually the first review I have ever actually left, as I worked in a gym for 5+ years I completely understand how things function, how customer environment is, and I can honestly say I would never recommend this crunch location specifically, to anyone. I would recommend planet fitness, anytime, onelife, or really ANYWHERE over this place. Guaranteed to be cleaner, and honestly better anything. Including the policies. (Btw. I have been to other crunch fitnesses with nice employees and a clean space. This specific one I do not recommend at all)P.S. cancel my membership.

Worst coustemer services and they are literally just wanna steal your money , I did membership for a month just to try the gym and I didn’t go any day so I wanted to cancel my membership and when I went to cancel it they told me you have to pay for two months and I have no idea why should I pay for two months to just cancel a membership but I did pay for it and the guy who was there told me it is done and canceled and all of this was 3 months ago , and right now they are calling and telling me you have to pay 120$ after I canceled my membership!! N btw i entered this gym only one time to cancel it and rn I’m paying more that 200$ for nothing

This was the first gym I started with on my fitness journey. Overall, machines are good. However, when I met with a personal trainer for a “kickoff”, which I assumed was an orientation, he wouldn’t let me leave until I purchased his training. $100 for 3 30 min sessions was insane. Later that same day I called the gym to ask for a refund, because I hadn’t been to the sessions yet or wanted to go. They said no refunds so I had to repeatedly call back until I got one.The gym starts getting boring, same machines with no new ones added. It isn’t too busy depending on the times that you go. 12-2pm is usually pretty good. The staff seemed constantly annoyed and judgmental, but that is just my opinion. When I eventually wanted to leave in mid-April, they said they would charge me for May, even though I wasn’t going to step foot inside in May. They also wanted to charge me $50 for downgrading my already $55 per month membership.Overall, gym seems very money minded. I understand this is a business are they need money, but at some point you need to show some humanity too. I found a much nicer gym with nicer equipment and more understanding staff down the street.

Less crowded than canton is my biggest compliment. It’s clean, kind staff, spacious! Only did one class here so far and was ran by a substitute. I think Danielle? She was really welcoming.
