Going to this location is a great way to begin learning how manage your body and energy in a healthier and holistic way. If you want to manage your body and energy well, they offer great classes for core strengthing, flexibility, and Tai Chi classes. I have been doing this practice for many years and I can see so much improvement managing my emotions and body condition.I hope everyone can enjoy this practice!

After going to the classes for the past 2 months, I can see significant improvements in my energy level, flexibility, and the well being in general. Also, the pain in my hips and lower back just disappeared. Our instructor is one of the best, and he is challenging us every day with new and complex exercises.From day one, after having the introductory session with instructor MuChun, I felt that my brain is not foggy anymore, and I could focus much better. MuChun is not an ordinary yoga instructor, she is exceptionally gifted. Three of my friends are currently taking BHP sessions with her and are extremely pleased with the results.

I had my first day of class yesterday and I’m so excited for the next ones to come. In one class I learned about my own energy body and how the mind impacts our physical selves. I had a lot of stress, couldn't breathe well, and couldn't control my emotions, so it was very difficult. I heard that breathing, yoga, and taichi are good for calming the mind and reducing stress, but I happened to start a class at the Body & Brain Center. It is kind, the center is clean, and I felt very comfortable from the beginning. After starting breathing and yoga tai chi, a lot of good things happened in my life as my mind became stable and my emotions were under control. If you are struggling with stress, I would recommend coming to the Body & Brain Center to practice breathing and meditation.

Wonderful experience! The center manager, MuChun, is so kind and knowledgeable. The classes are challenging, but deeply relaxing at the same time. The community atmosphere is a huge bonus too! Definitely recommend giving it a try

I have been coming to classes 3 days a week for 5 months. I initially came in for help with my sciatica. I’m feeling pain free nearly 90 % of the time now! The exercises are gentle, the breathing and meditation are a wonderful addition. For an added bonus, my blood pressure has normalized!!! I highly recommend Body & Brain Yoga.

When I called Body and Brain Beaverton, I was completely new to town. I had no idea what I was signing up for. Even though I have practiced yoga on-and-off for the past 15 years, this sounded like something completely different. Master Kazzeri immediately responded to my call and was so present with me, it’s as if she knew more about what I was looking for than I did myself. Body and Brain Yoga truly guides each of its community members through an integrative approach on how to heal your own body. This is unlike any other yoga and healing work I have ever done. I cannot recommend Body and Brain yoga enough, this place will transform your world and bring you closer to what your version of balance looks like. Wanted to start being healthier and get into good habits, so my significant other and I started going to the Beaverton Body and Brain Center. Started in March and fell in love with the positive energy and people! I was so stressed out and tired from work life but going to classes at the center has totally changed my attitude and energy level. I feel so much happier and healthier overall. So glad I decided to start living a healthier lifestyle !Update: I wanted to update this review since I've been practicing and coming to the center for 2 years now! Over the last few years I've had really great experiences, attending a lot of workshops, and connected with amazing people that want to grow and improve their life. Taking yoga and tai chi class has helped me to not only feel physically better but has helped me to get more clear on my life goals and where I want to be heading. My energy feels strong and brighter and I've gained a much more positive perspective on life despite the challenges 2020 has brought!
