I have been to many locations across the country and this is the first I’ve visited to have an entire team of friendly and engaged staff. Most locations seem indifferent to whether or not one has a good experience; most locations’ staff seem to have computer-generated greetings and responses to inquiries, whereas these guys looked me in the eye and listened before answering... I guess I’m just saying that this management has somehow trained these employees to have common courtesy. 🤔 I guess there is hope for our society after all.

I had a great experience here at PF in late April of 2017 until my schedule changed and I had to come really early to have time for the gym. I can in one early morning (3:55 am) to find the gym deserted, no one at the front desk, so I checked my self in and went to the locker room to change. As I made my way towards the massage chair for members I found the front desk associate sleeping 😴, I took a picture once after attempting to wake her up. I continued my work out and almost an hour and forty five minutes later I saw her awake and at the front desk clocking out as her manager came in to start her shift. I confronted her with the picture and situation, they were both upset more about me taking pictures and violating there policy so much do that am loud arguement began. I questioned her biased view and punishment for her lazy employee, she assured me that it would be handy by her management team and thanked me for bringing it to her attention. There were some sexiest biased stories about this place and why most of the male employees have been replaced with females, I had a HS buddy who was working there before the new manager took over, now there are only female a CSA that work for that PF location. Knowing all this I turned in the picture of the employee and filed grievance for the way I was treated and ignored. Not long after corporate terminated that employee. Ever since that incident happened, I have been treaed like a second citizen, I try to be nice and they are super rude and spiteful toward me. If you want to go to a gym where mean girls work there judging you while giving you pizza or bagels every first a Tuesday of the month then Planet fitness on Murray is just the one

Plenty of cardio equipment, I've never had to wait to use a cardio machine (even during the busiest times). The staff is helpful and kind. The gym also seems clean and doesn't have that gross old sweat smell that some gyms have.

Clean, not too busy and many added incentives to being a member unlike other gyms. with free tanning, massage chairs, hydro massage, and "body Enhancement " with red light therapy. Not to mention a very kind and sweet staff. Courtney was very helpful in showing me around and helping out thanks! :)

Was a great place to workout! And I had thought the staff were friendly and courteous, but it was because I was paying for it. When I moved out of state and needed to cancel my membership, I had a lot of difficulty doing so. A staff member, (who said her name was Shania), was extremely rude. I had made a statement that I shouldn't have to pay the annual fee for the following year since I am canceling services, the staff just laughed me and refused to let me speak to manager. I was thankfully given the corporate number. There is no way I am getting another membership with planet fitness anywhere in the country, this cross-country move has been stressful enough without this kind of mistreatment.

I am getting back into shape from bein seriously hurt a few plus years ago, knee surgeries, OR etc. I joined OF because it's a very good deal. There's plenty of different types of machines and tanning beds, other massage things. Staff are pretty nice, helpful when you need them. The atmosphere is friendly and people do pretty good with cleaning the machines they just used. OF also has a decent selection of drinks and things of that nature. Interesting color scheme that is easy on the eyes. Staff do an excellent job of keeping all areas clean.

This place is NOT maintained, as it should be. These are the items that have not been working for many many months and the staff and owners don't care about fixing them. They care about charging your checking account monthly very promptly, but they don't care about fixing the things:1) the hair dryer in the women's locker room not working;2) the 3rd faucet in the women's locker room not working;3) there is often not enough soap in a dispenser4) a few locks are not working on the lockers;5) some of the machines are warned out and they don't work the way they should but nobody is fixing them or replacing them;6) they moved the sitting bikes in a very tight space and you can't even watch the TV channels from there.I have never seen any janitor wiping/cleaning/sanitizing the equipment and the machines. NEVER!I often got sick after using that gym, so I started bringing my sanitizing wipes. I only like the location of it and the monthly fee of $10.Thanks for reading this review.

I love Planet Fitness. This location has a nice layout, big and square, you don't have to walk far to you next machine, so no feeling like you're on display. They also have the lock-less lockers, which is so handy in case you don't have one, or forget it. The staff is so friendly and happy to answer questions. The shower curtains kinda suck.

I have had really great experiences at this gym. I always go at busier times, and the workers are very kind and professional. I love the set up and the big windows. They have two wifi networks, so you never really get disconnected. It never gets all that busy, so you don't have to fight people for machines. I always really enjoy my time at this location.

I’m an early riser going in around 5:15am. Usually someone at the desk to check me in, but sometimes they are out cleaning—no biggie, although this bothers some.Feedback to leadership:1. Locker rooms seem to be low on priority list to keep up. There are usually a lot of lockers that don’t work, I literally couldn’t use an entire side of the lockers a few times.2. Soap dispensers either out of soap or broken. Just this week the dispenser on far left was busted.3. I’m surprised every morning how many people don’t wipe down equipment after using. It’s actually really bad, maybe this is normal for PF, but I feel like there needs to be some better communication on wiping down equipment after using.None of these are issues that would force me into cutting my membership, but cleanliness in gyms should absolutely be high priority. I always give feedback to front desk, so definitely not being passive aggressive with my comments here. Just trying to help out.
