The staff is always nice. But I moved to this location because I had a change in employment. One of the perks and driving forces for me working out are tanning. Their beds are super old. I’ve gone a couple times now and have had zero change in skin color. I’m super pale currently and have previously been a tanner for many years and know that if the bulbs were changed like they should be I’d have some color. I’m thinking they are not even being changed out. But they really need new beds period. Is this something I can look forward to in the future?I did talk to the staff who said that they have been told they are getting new beds but the date keeps getting pushed back so they don’t know when.

dropped in today to get some cardio done and watch the Western Conference Semi-Finals game (Nuggs vs Suns). They had 16 tvs on and none had the game on. Seriously? Asked the staff to turn on the game and was told corporate controls the channels so there's nothing they could do. Huh? This is the WESTERN CONFERENCE SEMI-FINALS! This is a fitness center, you know, like a lot of people that go here are likely sports oriented. But naw, intead they had 2 tvs on the travel channel, 2 tvs on hgtv, 2 tvs on the history channel, 2 tvs on cbs, and 2 tvs showing music videos for whatever music was playing at the time. Absurd. Get it together Planet Fitness. Only reason you get 2 stars is because the employee who I spoke with was incredibly nice but this was out of his control. WAKE UP PF. UPDATE: Reponse to owner 5/9: I was informed the channels are controlled on the corporate level and NOTHING can be done to change that. The NBA is the 2nd most popular sport in the United States and this gym is refusing to play NBA playoff games. Failing to be inclusive to nba fans. Unbelievable.

Editing my rating... They aren't 24/7 anymore which is really annoying for us folks that don't work a9-5 job. And when I do go after work, late at night, I often have to wait a very long time at the counter for someone to help me as they are not up there. They are always friendly but I don't want to wait 20 minutes for someone to see me standing there. They took out some of the equipment I used and didn't replace it with anything comparable which is unfortunate. It's not a bad place but I wish they would be 24/ again.

I've been a member of many different gyms over the years and places I've lived. I really appreciate the cleanliness of every Planet Fitness I've been to. They have all the equipment that I want to use.

I love this gym, and I have been going for a few years. I was in there yesterday and the gym is crowded with high school kids. They sit on machines on their phones, not allowing anyone else to use the machine. I watched a kid sit there for 20 minutes on his phone. I watched a little couple as they just stood there hugging and claim they were using the machine. It is beyond frustrating. Most of us go after work, we want to get our workout done and be done as we still have to go home, make dinner, and prepare for the following work day. Maybe they need to have a designated time, since they are free all day! perhaps if they are just there to visit with their significant other, they should go elsewhere! I pay for my membership and I would like to get a good workout. Needless to say, I became so frustrated I just left! Maybe someone needs to monitor them. Anyone have any ideas?

Updating my review of this gym. I will say the late night crew here are excellent. Always willing to help and are cleaning the gym. Makes me feel safe about working out in this post pandemic world. Staff are always smiling and pleasant.

Clean, pleasant. Reasonably priced, not too crowded. Highly recommended.

Pretty good place if you know how to self-program your workouts. Clean and friendly clients here. I like it but wish they had more HIIT equipment.

Solid staff, excellent facilities, and an overabundance of grape tootsie rolls (the best).
