The staff remember me. I appreciate this, especially since I’m on a weight loss journey and accountability sometimes is the only motivation. They also know my name and ask me about my life outside of fitness. This by far, sets planet fitness apart from other gyms and collectives.The price justifies it’s amenities alone and makes the competition look frivolous.All in all, if you’re looking for your dollar’s worth and the right staff. This is your place to go.

Let me start by saying I like the gym. I think it has all you need at a good price. The problem here is this location is really small. It wouldn’t be a big deal but they have classes and trainers that will close sections of the gym during peak times. A lot of the time they don’t put a sign up saying that they will be having a class in the area. So if you are in the middle of a workout you will have to stop and leave the area. The lady who usually runs the classes is not nice when she asks people to leave. When they have the classes the rest of the gym gets super cramped because people have to stretch in places all over the gym.

Unlike other planet fitness locations, this planet fitness is CLEAN! The gentlemen staff cleaning today around 3pm deserves a raise! He does such an amazing job, even cleaning the floor directly below the toilets. Never seen any staff member ever go that far. With my 2 jobs I work at a ranch in the morning and stop here for a shower before going to my second job. Used to workout here as well but the ranch in the early mornings has become my workout. Huge thank you to your staff for making this feel like a safe and clean environment!

The cleanliness and focus on proper mask wearing are the top priorities for this club that I've seen. I appreciate the floor presence of the staff, the variety and quantity of equipment is great, and location to where i live making it convenient to get the workout in! Overall, the staff is very customer service focused and engaging.

I went to Planet Fitness twice to tour the facility. Both times the the lady at the counter told me that she was by herself and could not give me a tour. The employee was frustrated hence unfriendly. Second time I went, I asked if I could use restroom and she said no. This place is highly unprofessional. Their prices are good but the service is none existence. I have been to other neighboring gyms and every single one of them had at least 3 employees on duty at all times. If the gym has only one employee, how are they sanitizing the equipments after being used by members and how are they monitoring the cleanliness of the equipments. On Monday I shall report to Health Authorities to investigate.After reading the reviews, I see that there is management issues with this establishment. Yet the owners are referring dissatisfied members to the management. I would not recommend Planet Fitness. Service and hygiene issues big time.

I love this Planet Fitness! The associates that work here are extremely friendly and helpful. Jamie, one of the front desk girls is my favorite. She is always happy to have conversation and is helpful at explaining some of the classes Planet Fitness offers. Michelle, the trainer is really nice and helpful, too. I haven't had the opportunity to take one of the classes yet, but am really looking forward to it! The environment is great, they make sure people are really comfortable in their gym. The dressing rooms are so nice. I love that you can tell they actually put money into developing a nice, clean area for their clients. These are all the things that keep me coming back to Planet Fitness!

It’s a really nice gym. Equipment always in good shape and most importantly it’s kept clean. The staff are always hard working and friendly.

Fairly nice and kept clean. People wear their masks and clean their machines as requested. The only issue is that it can get pretty packed, also the water fountain doesnt turn on. So keep a water bottle to fill, bc thats all they got. I made that mistake and almost passed out. So for the time being of covid, plz bring a water bottle.

They make it very difficult to cancel your membership. So you end up paying month after month because it is difficult to cancel your membership. Because they are closed you can’t cancel. They could make it customer friendly but that would lose them revenue.

Can’t beat the price. I usually workout at night to avoid crowds and the staff is really nice especially mason. My only small critique is the music can be a little loud so if you like to listen your own music or podcast while you workout invest in some noise cancelling headphones.
