Great place to work out. I only stayed 2 weeks because I was moving out of the country, but getting a membership and then canceling the membership was super easy.

Yeah i can work out there but pizza and bagels every month? I'm trying to learn to eat less and having tons of pizza boxes spilling off of a table when i enter the gym is really discouragingEdit: Three years later, I had cancelled my membership only to find out they had still been charging me this whole time. I don't live in the state anymore and they told me over the phone that my only options were to come in and cancel(again) or to write a letter to the store? No online option, no way to do it over the phone, not even an apology for charging me 3 years after my initial cancelling. planet fitness stinks.

Gym is clean and equipment is in good shape. I wish they were still open 24 on the weekends, but it is still possible to fit in time to workout most days.

Great place to spend your mornings! Clean friendly atmosphere and Kaylee always welcomes me by my name. Definitely a 5 out of 5 for me!

Super friendly and accommodating staff. I love the culture of no intimidation and that we all belong. Great gym with great prices.

Refused to help me with cancellation. Manager refused to come to the phone. I had to go through a whole process with my bank to stop payments from auto drafting every month for a service I never used. They wanted me to drive from outer Southeast to Beaverton Teal Blvd to cancel in person. Ridiculous people.

I will never go back. I'm immunocompromised and when I tried to cancel via phone I was told I have to send a letter so I sent a letter and they still billed me so I sent a second letter certified and it came back with a line to the signature. So I had to go in to cancel my membership. That exact same day they billed me my yearly and they will not waive it I'm going to have to dispute it with my bank. So thank you planet fitness for nothing and making an immuno compromised person go into a location even during these times of covid. Shows you really care about your members.

My daughter got a membership in college and I can not get them to stop taking the payments out of my account. We have jumped threw all the hoops - letters, calls, in person. Nothing works. Do not let them auto withdraw payments. They will never stop.

The owner of this gym is Dan Afrasiabi. He is technically the owner of Bravo Fit who owns this particular little franchise. He operates this Planet Fitness fraudulently. He is completely unprofessional. The gym is completely disgusting and unsanitary. The staff are rude and disrespectful. They overcharged my debit card, admitted fault, and still refused to refund me. I will have to file a civil law suit along with my bank due to the fraudulent activities of Dan Afrasiabi and Planet Fitness

The staff remember me. I appreciate this, especially since I’m on a weight loss journey and accountability sometimes is the only motivation. They also know my name and ask me about my life outside of fitness. This by far, sets planet fitness apart from other gyms and collectives.The price justifies it’s amenities alone and makes the competition look frivolous.All in all, if you’re looking for your dollar’s worth and the right staff. This is your place to go.
