They have new staff that just started enforcing the gym bag rule, including small cinch bags, and they have the old style lockers that don’t always work. This wouldn’t be an issue, but sometimes they don’t have any men working, so they can’t enter the male locker room to unlock it. It’s massively frustrating to need to leave and not be able to. Planet fitness needs to amend their gym rules to ease up on the shortage of workers, and allow people to keep their valuables on them during their workouts.

It's great gym for singles, couples, family, and everyone. It's well clean and organized, the staff are friendly. I just wished there was a sauna, hot tub and steam room

Great location in the Murray Scholls area. I have been a member off and on in different states for the past several years. Clean. Great price. No contract. Cancellation was a breeze. No pressure. After going to this location for the last 2 years, I'm ready to upgrade to more free weights. Otherwise, I would have stayed.It gets busy in the evenings. If you go around lunch time, it's perfect.

I think this is a great value and environment. Although I am switching to 24 hour fitness because my daughter who is turning 12 can join there. That is not possible at Planet Fitness. Also the equipment here is lacking compared to some of the other clubs. No tv’s or fans on cardio equipment and the bulbs in the black card area are old. The fans don’t work on half of the beds and they do not have the stand up red light/ tan combo booths or any booths. Also the ac is barely working here on hot days. All in all this is the worst location of the many I have been to.

Wow, don't forget your face mask at this location. They'll charge you $1 for a paper napkin to put over your mouth. Senior, older woman (man?) working the front counter was very rude too when I questioned thjs location's side business of making extra $$ selling paper napkins as face coverings.

$1 for a paper mask? Really? It really shows how much the club cares about its members when they charge $1 for a paper mask. Pretty crazy to think every business I’ve seen offers these for free, and a club that I pay a monthly membership for makes me pay for it.

I have been a member in Oregon city for a long time, I wanted to try this facility as I visit the area. They were charging me $5 fee which I was Ok with, however, their Apple Pay was not working and they are cashless facility so they turned me down and did not let me use the facility for a 1 hour workout.

Planet fitness is taking care of their members very well during this period of time. Place is clean and great for a workout. Glad to be a member there.

Such a great staff - always friendly and welcoming! The facility itself is light, bright & super-clean. LOVE my local PF!
