Did the 12 week program training with Vincent and I had a great experience and even greater results. Training with TTP put me on the right track helping me with my daily fitness and nutrition routines helping me reach my physique goals. 10/10 would recommend

My trainer has been Vince! He has been so patient with me/ I've had a lot of ups and downs in life lately and haven't been always consistent. I'm still confident about reaching my goals. TTP has shown me great support and I'm happy to be a member there! Highly recommend!

Our family made a commitment during COVID time to become healthier and be more active.My wife researched the web and found TTP. Reviewed their web and scheduled an appointment to see Turk and Ryan.They were super helpful and very friendly, explaining the pros and cons of programs they offered.3 of us started with individual traing sessions and they have been great.Tried the macro balanced foods. Really like the convenience of calculating the macro.The trainers will push you, as any physical trainers will do.Monthly gym membership is pretty good deal, also. You get to use the facility anytime you want.Highly recommend giving these guys, and girls, a try. Yes, they do have several female trainers.

I am so glad that I found TTP Fitness! From the very first interaction over the phone with Nick, to every encounter with staff, I have been pleasantly surprised. I chose to work with Susy as my trainer and she has been incredible! She walks me through each session so that I am lifting the weights correctly and modifies them if I am having any discomfort (have some issues with my elbow), and she always tries to accommodate my schedule to find times that work well for me. I cannot recommend Susy & TTP Fitness enough! They are the absolute best:)

I have been training at TTP fitness for 6 months now, working with Ryan. TTP is a great gym - a friendly environment where Turk and the trainers have created a welcoming atmosphere where everyone is valued and engaged with, no matter their goals and stage of their fitness journey. Working with Ryan has been a great experience, he is patient, listens and is empathetic as well as knowing where and how to push you to achieve what he knows you can achieve, vs what you think you can! He takes a personal interest in you and your story to get to know you but also to tailor your workouts and plan to perfectly suit what you are looking to achieve, your lifestyle, your schedule and abilities. His approach couldn't be further from the 'one size fits all' training that you often find with personal trainers in gyms. Lots of strength training which is challenging but rewarding, and lots of variety across the sessions. What I also appreciate is that at the heart of Ryan's approach is a desire to see people change mentally and emotionally, not just physically - something that is reflected through the TTP ethos and makes the place so unique. I would 100% recommend training with Ryan and joining the family at TTP!

I've been working with Ryan Birdsong at TTP Fitness for the last roughly 5 months and he has exceed my expectations in a trainer. I've had some experience working with folks in this industry but after a 4 year hiatus, came back looking for someone who could help reignite a new training regimen. Ryan brings excellent energy to every session and keeps the workouts challenging and engaging. I've not only learned how to structure a lasting strength building routine, but Ryan has also provided guidance on how to improve my diet, posture, and create a stronger mind body connection. The exercises themselves are a great foundation but its Ryan's wisdom that's really helped me exceed my goals and reset my passion for training.

So happy I found TTP Fitness! I've been training with Ryan for the last few months and have experienced fantastic results (I think I hear Turk saying "put in the work..."). Ryan seems to have an innate ability to be encouraging and supportive without compromising what he expects you to do -- and that brings results! After several years of not taking care of, or paying attention to my health and wellbeing, I'm finally feeling like myself again - and more than physically. I highly recommend TTP Fitness, it's the most welcoming and positive gym I've been to. And, thank you Ryan!

The whole team at TTP is fantastic. Every time I show up, I feel like their entire purpose in life is to help me reach my goals. They helped me set reasonable expectations and to meet or exceed them along the way.I have been training with Ryan for nearly a year and he is gregarious and knowledgeable. I often ask him questions about why we do certain exercises or variations of an exercise and he always has a well supported answer. He rarely lets me quit with "good enough" and pushes me to get stronger. He pays keen attention to my form and can tell if I am experiencing pain or discomfort. He asks me about it and is quick to make adjustments to the plan that day if it is not just discomfort.Turk has a passion for fitness and nutrition that is unmatched in my experience. He is high energy and friendly and still willing to help hold you accountable. He provided me guidance and reasoning around setting up a nutritional plan and macro targets based on my weight and goals. We have refined those targets every month or two as my fitness and weight levels change.The meals that they offer in addition to the personal training are both a great value and help me to stick to the nutritional plan. They are filling, healthy, and help me stick to my macro targets, though you may want to have some seasoning around.In addition to the training and the meals, TTP has a body scanning tool which does measurements of various parts of the body and calculates body fat with only a minute or two on a small machine that turns you around. I have these scans once or twice a month and this provides me regular feedback on my progress which helps support my motivation, even on days when I feel like I am not making progress.They started offering a free boot camp class on Saturday mornings a few months ago. I was reluctant at first, but have started going and really get a lot out of it. It is more conditioning based with a series of 5-10 exercises done for short periods of time with very short rests. These classes have been a nice way to get to know some of the other clients a little better and make some connections I may not have otherwise.Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough. I know that it is an investment, but am a strong believer that an investment in myself and my health is the best investment I can make. I continue to make progress and achieve new goals, I like hanging out and talking with the staff and other clients, and appreciate the acknowledgement of the work I put in and the accountability.

I joined TTP fitness after realizing that I needed I wanted a lifestyle change, get into shape and have someone keep me accountable. I was never comfortable with going to a gym 1) because I didn’t know what to do and 2) I was embarrassed to ask or make mistakes. The folks at TTP fitness strive to make the experience verywelcoming.I have been training with Ryan for almost 5 months now and can honestly vouch that he is the real deal if you want to get in shape, be kept accountable, stay motivated, see results, all the while having a good time. He is genuinely invested in your progress and does not waste time. It also helps that he has a great personality to make the time very enjoyable (even when you are sweating buckets!).

I’ve been training with Ryan for a while now, and it’s been great having a trainer to ease back into working out since the pandemic. Ryan creates workouts that are efficient and effective, while also establishing a routine that’s sustainable. His sessions are never boring, and while he is encouraging and patient he definitely pushes me to become better. Ryan works really hard to make sure everyone is reaching their goals, and is really knowledgeable so he can adapt the workouts to your specific needs and accommodations. It’s always a tough but fun time training with him, and if you stick to the plan and workouts you will definitely see results. As a gym TTP is a very welcoming community, and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. Ryan is an amazing trainer that truly cares for his clients, and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to start the journey!
