I started working out at TTP six months ago, and it has been by far the best fitness experience I have ever had. I am approaching middle-age, had a kiddo, and just felt like I had lost all of my physical strength. I avoided gyms due to, well, the gyms, and I then I found TTP.I was matched with Vincent because I said that I wanted to work on getting stronger, and he has more than delivered on that goal. He takes his time, pays attention, and educates me about everything that we are doing and why we are doing it. He listens to me and never pushes too hard, but also makes sure I stay focused on my goals. The entire staff is great, and Nick is always happy to answer a question. If you have been looking for a safe, welcoming gym with no frills, no nonsense, just focused on you and your goals, this is the place.

3 months ago, I challenged myself to do something totally crazy - attempt something no one who knows me would expect - something that, quite frankly, seemed scary to me.I got a personal trainer.With two little ones, I decided it's time I get healthier. But, what do I know about fitness?!From day 1 - I was put at ease by Nick. He met with me, talked to me about my goals and discussed what sort of options were available to me. He never once made me feel like it was a hard sell - more, he was here to answer my questions and encourage me. Most importantly, he assured me that this wasn't going to be something that was going to drive me away. The team was going to work with me at my pace.I decided I'd go three mornings a week - totally crazy, right?!Now, I work with Vince three early mornings a week. Vince is awesome! He's fun to work with, super knowledgeable - always taking the time to explain things to me. And, most importantly, he's encouraging. I'm nowhere NEAR as advanced as some of the people I see, but Vince makes me feel like I have a place there.Just a few months ago, I would have NEVER thought you'd EVER find me in a gym. Now, I look forward to going!

I've been training with Vince for a while now, and he is fantastic. Very knowledgeable, always there to keep you safe and educate you about proper form and body mechanics. It's clear that he really genuinely cares about his clients and their progress. Vince really takes time to get to know you and your needs. Best of all, he has a great sense of humor, lots of good stories, and makes the workouts fun but also challenging. Wouldn't go to anyone else!

About a year ago I realized it was time to take fitness seriously and started looking for a trainer. After finding Ryan at TTP fitness I can say my life has completely changed. The team there is welcoming and encouraging and gets you excited for the hardest 30 mins of your day. There's a wide range of people, body times, and skill levels there at all times - none of the intimidation of a body builder gym or anything like that. I won't stop telling my friends to go.

My family has been going to TTP fitness over the past 5 months and we love it! Susy is a great trainer and has helped me and my son work towards our goal of building lean muscle and losing body fat. I have been training with Turk for almost two months, and already I’ve noticed a significant difference in my body and how I feel. I am a female in my mid-40s and started training with Ryan Birdsong about four months ago. Under his expertise and guidance, my body fat has decreased and my lean muscle mass has increased, both of which were my goals. It has, on my part, taken effort and commitment to training and eating well (which means eating within my "macro budget"), but I could not have attained my goals without Ryan's motivation and support. I will continue to train with Ryan until I feel confident that I will not fall back into old patterns. Give him a call. You can do this!

I am thrilled with my experience with my trainer Susy and the whole team at TTP Fitness. I came to TTP after an extended period of being sedentary and letting myself go. I came seeking help and structure to make sustainable changes to my lifestyle. Meeting with Turk gave me confidence I came to the right place. Turk laid out a three part plan: (1) strength training for half an hour three times per week, (2) cardio for half an hour on the other days, and (3) a meal plan with three pre-made meals and two protein shakes per day.I’ve been sticking to that plan (most of the time) and training with Susy for a little over three months now. Susy is an amazing trainer. All I have to do is show up and try as hard as I can and Susy does the rest. She keeps track of everything - reps, weight, routines - she even wipes the equipment. The workouts are intense. Susy pushes me to do much more than I could ever do working out alone (if I’d even come). She mixes it up to keep things varied. She makes sure my form is correct. And she checks in with how I’m feeling and is compassionate and encouraging.The gym is clean, low-key, and never too crowed. The TTP team is friendly and helpful. The meal plan really works for me. The ready-to-heat food is delicious, filling, and super convenient.Susy and another trainer, Vince, recently started holding free Saturday morning boot camp. Training as a group and doing new kinds of exercises has been a fun addition to my TTP regimen.Another great feature of TTP is the computerized body scans. The pictures and data allow you to see your progress concretely. In three months, I’ve gone from 24% to 17% body fat, lost 15 pounds and three inches off my belly, and gained muscle in my arms and legs.I highly recommend Susy and the whole TTP team!Aaron M.

This fitness gym is a hidden gem in Beaverton. Ryan - my trainer, was compassionate, understanding, and full of energy. He understood where I was coming from and catered a training program specific to my needs. The cost of the program is pretty steep, but it will be one of the most important investments you can make for yourself. I do wish the sessions were a little longer, 30 minutes fly by pretty quickly if you're talking and taking rests between sessions. Overall, it was great experience and Ryan has helped me overcome my limiting believes - both physically and mentally.

Turk helped push me beyond weight I thought I had the capability to lift and introduced me to a much more efficient workout split than I was previously doing. He also helped me establish a diet that makes me feel like I have much more energy for workouts. Everyone around the gym is positive, all around good things!
