I've been working with Turk for over a month now. It truly has been a fantastic experience. I have learned so much about the proper way to train, nutrition and how your body uses macronutrients, and the best methods for maximizing your results. Turk has so much knowledge and firsthand experience and knows how to teach without overwhelming. His energy is unmatched, so we always have a good time while working hard. The entire TTP crew is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to everyone!

Ryan and Turk @ TTP Fitness are consummate pros who care about their clients progress and evolution. From Turk tweaking my nutrition, to Ryan's creativity in coming up with exercises/routines to both challenge me, and make use of the equipment I have at home. There's no one size fits all program here. They listen to you, and come up with a plan to help you achieve your individual goals. I'm glad I found these guys, and am looking forward to seeing what I can achieve with their guidance.

I’ve been working with Ryan for a little over a month and have been thrilled with my results. Ryan is excellent at designing a workout plan that works for you and knows when to push you so you can get the most out of your workout.Ryan is awesome at changing up the workouts enough that they feel fresh, but also keeping some staples in so you can see how much you are improving.I’ve been most impressed with how well Ryan listens. You can mention you struggled with a part of your diet, a lift, or anything and he remembers. He’s great at following up and holding you accountable.Ryan expects the best from you when you step foot in the gym so you can be the best version of you. I’d highly recommend him to anybody starting their fitness journey.

Over the years, I've forgotten how important simple, basic, strength training and conditioning is for endurance sports. As a cyclist, I spent most of my time on the bike doing various intervals, etc. Over the last 3months, Turk has helped guide me through a dedicated strength-building program, and I've seen more improvements than many of those interval sessions I did. My PRs have been falling like dominos, and I'm starting to set new performance goals that I thought were out of reach. I can't thank Turk enough for making me scary fast! Your entire team at TTP is fantastic! You guys rock!

I've been working with Ryan for 3 months and couldn't be happier with the training and my results! I've been going to the gym for years, but wanted someone to help me with my lifting form and push me outside of my comfort zone. Ryan has delivered on both counts, helping me to drop fat while adding lean muscle. The other staff at TTP are super friendly and the gym has a great selection of equipment to allow for a wide variety of different exercises. Highly recommend!

TTP Fitness is a blessing. Turk's knowledge and understanding of the human body has set a foundation for their nutrition and training programs that are nothing short of life changing. It's absolutely some of the best money you can spend if you are sick and tired of excuses and ready to throw yourself in to a focus on your health. I've never been an overly athletic person and that was no problem when stepping in to their training program. Ryan is an incredibly enthusiastic and thoughtful trainer. He will push you beyond where you think you can go and still be a very likable person. If you push yourself and follow their advice, there is virtually no limit to the results you can achieve You will not find a better training facility or program or such good people in this region.

TTP will continue to be the only place I reccomend for those looking to attain a personal trainer. I went in looking for a change in my routine and needed help directing my focus on the areas I needed the most improvement.With the help of Ryan, I was able to both prepare and recover from a surgery that would have otherwise kept me down for months.Training at TTP has become a normal part of my routine and makes putting the work in easy. The facility is well maintained and full of trainers who are friendly, encouraging. And not afraid to push you.
