I did my research and found the right fit! Spoke to Nick and he reeled me in. TTP has been amazing. Working with Susy has been a life changing experience. She is fantastic. In my first month I’ve lost 14 lbs and lost 9 lbs of body fat! I’ve been trying to loose weight for years!!! Tried everything. I’m learning a lot. Susy has been a great motivator. She pushes me, but most importantly she believes in me. We have fun, laugh and work hard. I can’t begin to say what a great experience this has been. I’m so motivated and my confidence has been the best it has ever been in years. I appreciate all the tips on nutrition and education on weight training. I actually look forward to my training days with Susy! She’s a tough one. She cares and wants the best for me. Turk has been guiding me as well. Amazing people! Can’t say enough on how they have helped me look and feel better. Thank you Susy for being a great personal trainer and believing in me. ❤️

Have been training with Ryan for a few months now and I have been blown away with the results I’ve gotten. He is personal, friendly, and professional and does a great job of pushing me and encouraging my growth even outside of fitness. Turning 43 this year, I realized that my body stopped responding to weekly workouts consisting of four-five days of reformer pilates and sweat-dripping cardio. My body needed a change and luckily, I found TTP and Susy! My new weekly routine consists of three 30-minute weight training sessions along with three 30-minute cardio workouts. After one month, we've eliminated 1% of body fat and gained 2.3 lbs. of muscle.I am excited by the varied routines you develop for me; it keeps me interested and motivated. You are knowledgeable, patient, fun, and encouraging. After each workout, I feel stronger physically and mentally. I am comfortable working with you and look forward to each session and achieving my goals together. Thank you for being an awesome trainer.

TTP Fitness is the best thing I've done for myself in a while. I was physically uncomfortable, embarrassed and totally overwhelmed with how to even start a fitness journey, but Susy has been absolutely amazing! She pushes me to work harder, keeps me motivated and holds me accountable. In a little under 2 months, I was down 17 lbs of fat and gained almost 6 lbs of muscle. Love the available nutrition component as well! 10/10 highly recommend TTP. 15/10 Susy is the Best!

Fundamentals, that’s the key!!! Strong emphasis on each and every movement, be it a overhead press or even a bear crawl. But most importantly for me, once you walk into this gym you get the 360 degree experience, not only do you get world class coaches for weight training but the ability to view the other aspects of fitness in a one stop shop is a killer. Nutrition (ah those yummy TTP meals) personal coaching (beyond just wait lifting, the one on one connection) The body scan tools to give you meaningful tracking of the progress you are making & most motivating is the well bonded community. Love this place and the awesome coaches. If you are looking a place to achieve your fitness goals, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!!!

I have trained with Ryan for almost 6 months and can't say enough good things about him. My goals for strength training to support martial arts have been met and exceeded with Ryan's guidance. Ryan pushes me to pass self-limiting mindsets and has an excellent intuitive sense of what I need to work on, while always being collaborative and supportive of my goals and my general health. Ryan also brings his own life experience in struggling with meeting fitness goals and he understands the ups and downs of the journey very well. Great Gym! Turk and Ryan are very knowledgeable. Trained with Ryan and he pushes you to the limit to get the most out of the workouts. I would highly recommend this gym if you want to see gainz!

I have been working out at TTP for almost 2 months now and it has been awesome. Vincent constantly comes up with different workouts and lifts that keep me motivated and wanting more. There's a sign on the outside of the building that says "we will change your life" and when I first saw it I was skeptical to say the least. I've worked with personal trainers at local gyms before before but it always felt like I was more just a number to them. Turk and TTP Fitness are different. Turk is a personal trainer first who also has a gym. He takes the time to get to know you, understand what your objectives are and works with you towards those goals, both in the gym and outside. In the four months I've been working with him I've lost 10lbs of fat, gained at least 5lbs of muscle and feel considerably more comfortable in my clothes and really in my skin in general. You will be pushed to your limits, your muscles will ache and you will come to respect the airdyne bike, but they will change your life.
