Ryan has literally changed my life! I don’t usually write reviews but he deserves to be recognized for his superior fitness training abilities! I started training with Ryan two months ago. I hadn’t worked out in years due to my busy schedule and this was the best decision I made in a long time. In the first month, I gained 8 lbs of lean mass and in the second month I gained another 6lbs of lean mass! Besides seeing my muscles becoming more toned (which is soooo exciting), my energy has increased and I feel so much stronger. Ryan listened when I talked about my goals and he catered the training to help me reach them. He is very patient but also pushes me to reach my full potential which is exactly what I wanted! He is also very caring and extremely knowledgeable in the field; he answers the many questions I have whether it be about nutrition, cardio, muscles and I’ve learned so much from him about how to lead a healthy lifestyle. If you’re looking to get fit, get stronger and get healthier, Ryan is your guy! I give him and TTP my highest recommendation.

I am in my second month of working with Turk at TTP. All of my expectations have been exceeded, and we have had no problem hitting the goals set in the beginning. Turk is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to build a plan for YOU, and your specific needs. Highly recommend.

I started working with Turk about 2 months ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. Turk keeps the work-outs intense but still fun. He is very intuitive and finds what motivates you to stay engaged. I had surgery on my back years ago and I was a bit nervous to start training, but knew ultimately I needed to in order to live a happy and active life, My back hasn't felt better since! It has given me so much energy and I am actually excited to get moving daily. I thought I would just have to get use to chronic pain as I aged. I was wrong. I am gaining muscle and losing weight! Thank you Turk for helping me realize and understand what I need to do in order to achieve my goals and live fully. You make this journey fun and I look forward to our sessions!

TTP Fitness has been my first experience with personal training and I've got to tell you, IT'S WORTH IT! I've struggled with body image issues throughout my life and at 28 y/o I decided to finally put in the effort and give myself the body I've always dreamed of. It's definitely not something that happens overnight but with Ryan training me three times a week, I can already see improvements after only one month! Ryan is a motivator who always has a good attitude and made me feel like a part of the TTP family since the moment I walked in. Turk, Ryan, and the rest of the crew are 5 STAR people inside and out. I'm on month 3 of working with Turk and I could not be more happy and proud of the progress so far! As a previous athlete who had to retire due to injuries, I was nervous and cautious about getting back into fitness for fear of re-injuring myself and because I had gained a lot of weight. In the first 2.5 months of starting, I've lost about 20 pounds and I feel happier, healthier, and stronger than I have in a very long time. The workouts and nutrition have been very sustainable and maintainable and easy enough to incorporate into my life. I could not recommend Turk and TTP Fitness more. He really knows what he is doing.

My sister and I reached out to TTP in August of 2020 because we needed a restart to our fitness and health journey. What we have received is that and so much more. Ryan has met us both at our levels of ability and pushed us from there. He makes every day fun as we push our bodies to the max and work towards our results.I personally love the accountability and the geared workout to what I can do. As a former D1 athlete I live for the coach trained workout that has set goals and an understanding of what I am working towards. Ryan gets that and helps me push past whatever physical and mental block I might be dealing with each day.I cannot say enough great things about Ryan and Turk. They are supportive and will push you to take back your life and get the body you want and deserve. They are upbeat, passionate, and sometimes more excited for your success than you will be, but that is the coaching that keeps me coming back every day. Been working with Ryan for just over a month and it’s been one of the most rewarding months of my life! I used to be a professional athlete and since have had a few kids and a few more beers. After receiving news of a fantastic job opportunity that required me to get back in shape I reached out to Ryan! 1 month in and I’m down 15 lbs. The workouts are intense and you leave feeling accomplished. The brand new gym has a great environment that gets me mentally ready to give it my all everyday. I’d reached the point where I had to make sustainable changes to improve my health and lose weight. My wife had started working with these guys and now I’m doing it as well. We both work with Ryan Birdsong and he has been great. We came up with a meal plan and framework to go with the workouts. We’ve both lost quite a bit a weight right out of the gate, have more energy, and feel better. It isn’t easy but it works and makes all the difference having Ryan as a coach to keep us accountable. I highly recommend Ryan and Turk. They push you. Hard but care about your success.

I highly, highly recommend personal training with Ryan. He is thoughtful, results driven and very skilled. This guy walks the walk.The partnership started with an approachable, qualifying conversation with them to discuss goals, expectations and outline of our plan. For an initial meeting designed to be a transaction, it could not have felt less like one. From the jump, it felt like I was aligning myself with elite experts that were focused on my success.I also strongly recommend bundling the purchase of nutrition strategy and assessment with your training sessions. It really does enhance your experience and increase your results.Nothing has been thrown at me. Each custom session is crafted by Ryan that targets our focus. Ryan's attention to proper form is impressive and appreciated. Every minute in our sessions is spent efficiently and with intention.I'm only one month in, and not only have I seen results, I've also learned a lot as Ryan is generous with his knowledge. Awesome would be the word I would use to describe my first eight weeks working with Turk and Ryan at TPP Personal Training.For the first month, I worked with Turk going through a HIIT style strength training program 3-days a week. The second month I worked with Ryan that continued the same approach. Both trainers pushed and encouraged me to squeeze a few more reps with each set to maximize my training.At the end of 8-weeks, I lost a total of 10.4 pounds of body weight and added 6 pounds of muscle. Both trainers did skinfold measurements with calipers every two weeks so we could track my progress.I’ll continue to work with both trainers and would highly recommend Turk and Ryan to anyone in search of a personal trainer.
