I can’t say enough great things about this place and everyone that works there! I have had a wonderful experience training with Ryan- I still train with him. He knows so much about training, fitness, nutrition and all the nuances and misconceptions; he’s super understanding and flexible. He’s also kind, funny, supportive, but also equally very tough, focused, and intentional with his training and always making sure it’s in line with your own training goals! another reason this is my favorite place is that, people that work there really make you feel like you’re family or a good friend. It’s not just about them making a buck, you really feel welcomed there and they really do care about helping you reach your goals. I feel so grateful to have found this gem of a place and if you’re thinking and looking for a great place to workout, stay motivated, this place and everyone there are the people you need! Honestly the reviews for TTP don’t lie. Wonderful group of people who have totally helped me on my body transformation journey. Ryan, my trainer, is kind but tough. Makes the workouts hard but fun and you definitely see results. They are strong believers in working out smarter not longer and their encouragement is continual. I’ve never been much for working out and now I look forward to the days I get to train and find other ways to keep active on my days off. The mental motivation this has given me has been life changing. The plus of having nutrition goals thrown in are invaluable which they keep you honest about. Highly recommend if looking for personal trainer. It’s a 30+ minute drive each way for me and it’s worth every mile.

Ryan & Turk are the best of the best in the personal training industry, I have been trained by a handful of other gyms and have never had the level of service that I've gotten at TTP Fitness. They truly care about you and your goals and will set you up on an amazing customized workout plan to help you get there. It is exceptionally challenging but through their positive coaching and guidance they make it all possible. I'm extremely grateful for the program and would recommend them to anyone in any stage of their fitness journey.

TTP fitness is the best, and my trainer Vincent Vincent is awesome. I never liked working out even when I played sports in high-school. 14 years later I found TTP fitness and Vincent. Vince is high energy, motivating, and will push you past what you think you can do, to what you are actually capable of, while also feeling safe. Vince makes working out fun and has made me hopeful that I can achieve more in the future. Turk, Nick and the rest of the trainers are also awesome and make you feel like you belong. Even if the thought of stepping foot in a gym seems intimidating.

TTP Fitness was recommended by a friend, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ryan is a wonderful, motivating trainer, supportive and great at building not just your body but also work ethic and accountability. My son has been working with him for 6 months, and the change is remarkable. He is achieving his fitness and weight loss goals (over 35 pounds lost and a much more fit physique), most importantly through eating and lifestyle changes that will support his health for many years to come. My experience with TTP Fitness is fantastic so far. This is my first ever personal trainer experience and I have been looking for some place and someone who can help me to put myself in a doable yet challenging track in achieving my fitness goal. I definitely achieved that with the help of Ryan and Turk and doing great so far. Ryan is my trainer and he has exceeded my expectations as a trainer. He's a fun person to work with and he always makes sure that you are on the correct path and motivates you often. He will not just help you to get stronger physically but mentally too which I value very very much. I started this Journey for getting myself more healthier and fit and so far I am really happy with my results. If you follow what they say and commit yourself you are definitely gonna see the results. Having some one like Ryan helping with that journey is the best you could look forward to and you will appreciate every single minute that you get trained. I would not think twice to get enrolled with TTP fitness if you are like me and up for a better you !!!

I have been training with TTP for a few months now and it has been one of the best changes to my life I have made.The folks at TTP are all super kind and helpful. I trained with Ryan and it's always a blast when we workout. He pushes me every session to the max. The other people there like Nick and Turk are all friendly and encouraging.The meal plan they offer is also very good, I ate their meals for about a month or so and it helped me get a sense of what I could eat and how much, nowadays I cook my own meals.

Both Ryan and Turk are awesome. Coming from a period of poor health, I've lost about 10 pounds of fat and gained 8 pounds of muscle on my first month.My energy and fitness is much higher than it was, thanks to their guidance.They're both very sensitive to big life changes or any body limitations and do what they can to point you in the right direction.They have firmly and respectfully worked with me to get me back in the direction of real health.They will guide you on all aspects of your physical health while taking into consideration your mental and emotional life.They're positive, patient and respectful, despite their busy schedules.They love what they do, and it shows.

TTP fitness has been such an amazing experience from day 1. I didn't know what to expect going into my consultation, but I knew immediately that both Turk and Ryan knew their stuff and could help me reach my goals. They were funny and not intimidating at all.Prior to training with Ryan, I was working out 7 days a week doing endless cardio and eating very little calories- the hamster wheel of misery. He had me stop counting calories, increase my food and cut down my cardio! I was skeptical at first but trusted him completely. Ryan has been training me for 4 weeks now and the results are more than I imagined. My body fat has decreased more than I expected and my overall body composition has changed significantly. I really can't believe how quick and efficient it has been. Ryan is kind and motivating and ALWAYS available- he will answer any of my random texts and questions with full transparency. I am already close to hitting my overall goal and truly couldn't have done it without both of these guys . Thank you Turk and RYan!!!!!!!!

Ryan has literally changed my life! I don’t usually write reviews but he deserves to be recognized for his superior fitness training abilities! I started training with Ryan two months ago. I hadn’t worked out in years due to my busy schedule and this was the best decision I made in a long time. In the first month, I gained 8 lbs of lean mass and in the second month I gained another 6lbs of lean mass! Besides seeing my muscles becoming more toned (which is soooo exciting), my energy has increased and I feel so much stronger. Ryan listened when I talked about my goals and he catered the training to help me reach them. He is very patient but also pushes me to reach my full potential which is exactly what I wanted! He is also very caring and extremely knowledgeable in the field; he answers the many questions I have whether it be about nutrition, cardio, muscles and I’ve learned so much from him about how to lead a healthy lifestyle. If you’re looking to get fit, get stronger and get healthier, Ryan is your guy! I give him and TTP my highest recommendation.
