EDIT: It’s been 8 months since I’ve been told that hours would change. To be fair, no time frame was given. Is there an ETA on when we’ll be back to AT LEAST late hour weekends? Thank you.I understand changing hours during the pandemic. But now that you have no Covid policies in place I don’t see the justification in not changing back to original hours. It’s ridiculous that we have to pay the same amount per month for more limited access to the gym. Closing at 7pm on weekends and 10pm on Fridays for 0 reason is inexcusable. When will this be changed?

Management doesn't really care about customer concerns. The punching bag it's been missing since July I spoke to employees and management about it and they just keep telling me what I want to hear . The best answer that I received was , go to a different location.

I recently joined and the only major complaints I have is - there’s never any paper towels. Why can’t someone refill them ? There was gunk in the drinking fountain, the carpets need vacuumed and there’s smudges all over the windows and doors. Post Covid, I thought we’d be a little more sanitary. If it continues to look gross in there, I’m cancelling my membership and going to a cleaner facility. Have not been impressed.

I look forward to working out here every day. Carley takes great care of my son and I can focus on my workout knowing that he is safe and in good hands. The staff are always friendly and professional and the equipment and restrooms are always clean.

I absolutely love this facility. The atmosphere is inviting. The employees are awesome, they’re so helpful and kind. They’ll greet you and make you feel important. There was a wonderful young lady there named Aujah who made my day with her smile and offered me air pods.

Joined TruFit last year. They have plenty of free weights, squat racks and platforms. There are always a good number of cable machines to use. The stretching area is actually just a hallway in the back of the gym. It looks like they had a space at the front of the gym that could have been used for stretching but it has desk for the staff the hangout at instead. The staff seems plenty nice but I don't see them do anything to maintain the gym. It is always dirty, the floors, the mirrors, the men's restroom is gross. Like no one that works there can be bothered to put on a pair of gloves and clean a toilet or urinal. Or vacuum the gym floor or pick up a piece a trash on the floor. I saw the same water bottle hanging out under the dumbbell rack for a week. You want paper towels to clean the equipment? Too bad, because they can't be bothered to refill the dispenser or put any out.I got hit with a $100+ gym improvement fee but it doesn't seem like it is going to the gym's improvement or cleanliness. There are machines that have been broken in this gym for several weeks. Attachments for cable machines all in pretty rough shape but for the most part still useable. If if you want clamps to put in a bar so you can lift safely, you are gonna have to trade them your ID or keys, which just makes it feel like they are treating their members like children.

Aujah was exceptional in her Customer Service, getting my issue resolved. Instantly. Phenomenal work. She “set the table” (Danny Meyer). I recommend her.

We love this gym. The clean locker rooms and fantastic management is so much better than where we were before. It has improved over the last several months and is better than ever.
