I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m done . This is unacceptable. I leave messages don’t get any call back . Below is a quick summary of what I been through this summer .Good morning you won’t be receiving anymore lengthy text from me . After today . I’m trying to say this in the nicest way as possible what it looks like . y’all can do what y’all want to do and not follow the policy I’m The only person adhering to it and having to bite the bullet . I have been more than nice and trying to be understanding. Since I started this June 12 . I was suppose to have a personal trainer Ethan he no showed out of no where yet I’m getting charged . Then Robert I’m getting charged for training yet he only has me in his group lessons . You text JULY 18th saying you would be my trainer & we started Monday . We trained for 2 days the said the club was closed (728/23) cool I understand not your fault . But u never text me to start back so I’mGuessing the club been back open (now it’s 8/9/23) and u didn’t say anything . Thats like me canceling a patient and never call them Back . Your Manager TJ was suppose to call several times at least on payment and account questions yet never did and just telling you as the middle man . When he wanted to get me signed in and joined he couldn’t stop talking now crickets .can’t take the time to even call back . Yall don’t care because at the end of the day y’all still get money . What’s the cooperate number . & you can give this to your manager.

This place is nasty some of the equipments have not been repaired in at least a month and water fountain both have not been working in 3 weeks and one of the men's toilet stall has been out of use for a month there trash in the restrooms and dressing room every morning they don't clean when they close
