Over the past several years we put together a home gym with various equipment from Pacillo's. The quality of the products is very good and I have found prices to be largely competitive. I am happiest though with their customer service. The delivery and setup has always gone well. When we did have a product issue it was with our elliptical and it was several years after purchase. Pacillo's treated us as though we had just bought it, helping us to make it right. I think it's rare for a business to stand by a product so long after the sale. I feel like they value their customers a little more than most retailers do.

Nice place, nice staff. It would be nicer if I could go there for my treadmill oil as needed but at 10$ for a 1/2 oz, I think I'll stick with amazon where I can get 4 oz for the same price.
