24 Hour Fitness

This place is close to my work and close to the stores around the corner. Lots of free parking on the street, sheltered garage or the roof. Lots of equipment but it can get pretty busy after work when I go so you have to wait for things a bit. I like this a lot better than the NoHo one because it seems less crowded.

This gym is wack. For the amount of people coming to this gym, there should be more han enough money to keep it running. Machines, sauna and steam room are always out of service. Don't let salesmen convince you otherwise. Yet they still want you sign a one year contract plus initiation fees lol. This gym is a joke. Manager should be fired.

One of the WORST locations of 24 hour fitness. The spa is not working, pool is yellow, never seen steamroom working. The other day the shower was flooding. When I told the representative about the issue, the answer was that they will fix eventually. The only good thing is that this location is open 24 hours.

The gym is alright.. I'm only giving it 2 stars because the gym is decent sometimes.The membership is expensive, it's always packed, the equipment is old and worn out. Most of the treadmills are broken, or in horrid shape. The steam room has been closed, for whatever reason every time I've been there and the pool area is nasty. Not enjoying my experience at all

For a Super Sport this location really needs to improve their air quality. The locker room is super hot, humid and smells like BO, really gross. They have a good variety of equipment however not well maintained as there is always treadmills and weight equipment that's tagged out.

Lockeroom and showers were very dirty/littered with trash. No sign of staff except for at the check-in desk and sales area. Dumbbells were laying all over the floor and missing/out of order which makes it hard to work out when you have 1 dumbell and have to waste time searching for it's matching partner. I went to use a treadmill and it looked like there were a few available, but when I got up on the machine they had a sign on them saying that they were broken. When I went arrived to check-in, the sales guy at the front said my membership doesn't cover the better upscale new 24 hour locations (I believe they are called 24hr Sport) and that I could try it out once, but next time I would need to upgrade my membership for another $10 per month to access these clubs. The only real difference between these new 24hrs and the standard ones are that they give you a hand towel to use. Whoever the manager of this location is needs to be more dilligent in having their staff cleanup and direct members to rerack weights correctly (and have staff rerack and reorder the weights and dumbells more frequently). The building was nice and the tile and finishes were new and look good, but that isn't why I go to the gym.

A very large gym with a ton of equipment. Lots of variety. The pool and hot tub are always gross so I never use those. Makes me wonder how clean the rest of the gym is. The bathroom is clearer than other 24 hour fitnesses I have been to.

The women's locker room and restroom are always filthy. I sent in a complaint a two page letter to be exact and numerous pictures to back-up my story and never received any feedback from 24 hr. fitness. Very poor customer service. You can't even speak to someone on the phone about your issue at corporate. This can only be done by letter. This is the worst maintained facility. We are paying to use their facility, the least they can do is to make sure that it's clean. It's already a breeding zone for bacteria because of everyone's sweat but then to have it unmaintained on top of it. It's gross. I'm seriously looking at other gyms to change my membership. I shouldn't be paying for a dirty gym! Brenda

Terrible experience. Used their pool last night with my boyfriend and it was dirty. Had stuff floating in the bottom of the pool that looked like toilet paper. Went to use the hot tub, but it was cold and cloudy. Another member that was using the pool said that they haven't cleaned in that area in two weeks. There was an employee that was bringing trash out of the women's locker room when he said that and the employee looked embarrassed, but also like she didn't care. Never coming here again. I here all of the 24 hour fitness's are disgusting and not cleaned properly. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

This facility is extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and the staff doesn't seem to care that it is to this level of disrepair.The pool area takes this to another level and I think is a serious health concern. The pool is extremely cloudy and has so many random objects floating in it that I have to question when the last time it was ever cleaned.The locker room as well looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly in weeks (if not months). There is so much old gum stuck to random object that it is kinda hilarious.
