Good because it’s still open 24 hours. Very busy all the time and even after hours like 1 am etc. equipment a bit old but ok.

Very poor I'm glad I tried it out before I joined because apparently they have signs in front of the locker rooms saying a girl cleans them which clearly they did not or we would have walked out. I girl should not be cleaning the men's locker rooms with men showering it is horrible disturbing.

Gym is dirty, ac never works, bathrooms always dirty, spray bottles are always broken, seems like they don't have enough employees to actually keep the gym clean and well put together.

Don't pay training, it's a scam. They charged me almost 400 dollars just for a single 30-minute class that was a demo. Really disappointed since apart from being liars they are more undisciplined than me. The first time they left me waiting for 4 hours and no one came to train me. In the end they stole my money. I am writing to file a formal complaint against 24 Hour Fitness regarding their failure to honor my membership cancellation and refund my money, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. The details of my experience are as follows:On Thursday, February 2nd, at approximately 12pm, I visited the 24 Hour Fitness gym location at 1903 W Empire Ave Burbank, CA 91504 to cancel my membership. Recognizing the importance of documenting this process, after legal advice I captured and documented my evidence, anticipating potential complications in receiving my refund.During my visit, I spoke with a gentleman at the front desk who assured me that the cancellation would be processed and that no further charges would be made to my card after my stated "renewal date" in May. Trusting his words, I left with the understanding that my membership had been effectively terminated.However, on Monday, May 29th, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $299 on my credit card statement. Immediately concerned, I contacted the facility to inquire about the charge and seek clarification on why my cancellation had not been honored. Regrettably, my initial call went unanswered, prompting me to persist and call again on May 31st.Finally, on the latter call, I was able to speak with a representative who indicated that she needed to consult with management regarding the matter. After a brief hold period of approximately three minutes, she informed me that her manager had agreed to issue a refund. No apology was offered for the inconvenience caused. I was also informed that it would take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in my account.Respecting the given timeframe, I patiently waited until Thursday, July 13th, expecting to see the refund processed. Unfortunately, no such refund had been credited to my account. In light of this, I promptly called 24 Hour Fitness again and spoke with another representative. He requested my information and expressed his intention to have management contact me on the same day, as he did not find any notes regarding the previous refund discussions with the other representatives.It has now been two days since that conversation, and I have yet to receive a call back from anyone at 24 Hour Fitness. This prolonged delay and lack of communication are highly disappointing and have only exacerbated my frustration and concern.In light of the aforementioned events, I request your assistance in resolving this matter immediately.

This is the worst location, men's lockers room is always dirty, half of the showers don't hold water pressure, most of the time out of soap, there was a spin dryer in the lockers room that they got rid off, apparently could not fix it, the pool is super dirty compared to other locations, british swim crew is always there, you can't really do lap swimming when they occupy a lane and way too many people wait to do a lap swimming, hot tub was broken and seems nobody wants to fix it. I just don't get is it hard to run this place or you don't care?

This location is actually "24hrs," which is great for my schedule. The amenities are great, from basketball to swimming. Machines are a higher lever of performance here than the 24hr nearest me. The free weight are is always crowded, but set up makes you not feel so cramed. Overall, it is a great location.

Way too overcrowded. 24 hour fitness truly is a dying gym brand.

Nothing better then a focused hard-core, painful workout to get the blood flowing to every millimeter of your entire body!
