24 Hour Fitness

basketball looks good when the weather right (i don't play). i don't mind a crowd, but the design made it feel clustered. no elbow room. i prefer 24s around the area

Lorenzo showed the utmost professionalism and love. When i came in asking where the bathroom was, he offered me a tour of the whole gym even though I already had a membership. He even offered to help me with my fitness journey through a training and diet and took his time with me. Thank you for hiring him! He is now the only reason i come to this burbank gym because of his enthusiasm.

2/28 update:Now they require vaccinations card or negative test results.No longer required to wear masks inside the gym! Yeah!!!Feeling very safe working out here!!Love the new policy!

Super crowded. Will only cancel a membership when a manager is there. (9-6) doesn't matter if you physically go there.Only got a membership because I'm here for a month. I have a full gym at my house. I was very clear about this when I signed up. Just going to call my bank and have them block the charges. Much easier since I work 9-6

I do not know what is going on there, after the epidemic no one cares about cleaning. Some machines do not work and the gym is really dirty !!!!!!!!!

All Planet Fitness are back open 24 hours, yet this club is still closing at 9pm while charging $50 and blaming COVID... (rip off) Will definitely be canceling and switching membership to PF.

The facility itself is nice... it’s a gym, what more can you expect... BUT, since this covid bs is forcing us to train OUTSIDE... this gym NEEDS to take more equipment out there OR expand the workout area!! Every morning i am there when the doors open... like 30 others.... and waiting for benches and equipment is BS! Some people don’t have the decency to share Ans be nice about it, i do. PLEASE ADD MORE BACK EQUIPMENT! And LEG PRESS!

Trainer does not show up for class. Second time I come in and class is canceled. When she comes in , she is late. Manager non-existent or non-responsive. We still pay the dues. I am going to cancel subscription.

This is the nicest 24 Hour Fitness I have ever been to. It's nicer than most of the Equinox gyms that I have been to. If you live within driving distance, you should strongly consider working out here.

I dont like wearing masks, not many people do. But 24hr fitness has a sign that says we need to wear 1 so i do. I wouldn't feel as dumb for wearing the mask if I wasn't the only person wearing it. No one wears a mask & the staff do absolutely nothing about it. They're too busy chatting with each other or looking at their phones to enforce the rules. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if they did something else work related like stock the spray bottles, paper towels, or soap in the mens showers but no they dont.
