This gym is huge but their A/C never works,the bathrooms and showers are FILTHY and they have trash bottles everywhere staff does not care at all the only good thing about this place is the sauna is actually hot and work perfects but this gym is always too busy and too many wanna be YouTube/instagram fitness influencers go here.

Will only cancel a membership when a manager is there. (9-6) cannot call and cancel. cannot email and cancel. you have to physically go there. so I went there and then they are like "manager is not in right now..."

The swimming pool is awfully dirty. They should check more often the chemical balance in the pull and run the filter pump more often.

i hope you like increasing your bench in 50lb increments because finding a 2.5, a 5, or a 10lb weight here is harder than 100% speedrunning a wheres waldo book. and they only have 4 squat racks, and 4 deadlift platforms, which are under the squat racks, so forget about overhead pressing or squatting or deadlifting unless your ready to wait in a huge line, or your coming in after 11pm.

The whole gym is so so clean!! They have Employees that are clearly cleaning. I know the gym use to be dirty but it isn’t anymore! Take my word for it

The outdoor gym is okay. I visited 11-2pm and it is not crowded yet. No towels provided. Restroom is clean. Plenty of parking spot too. Mask is requiredMask is still required as of Feb.18. No temperature check and no vaccination and covid test needed. Too crowded indoor

Just moved to Burbank and got a 3 day pass and the manager wouldn't let me in because my id address wasn't from Burbank, zero common sense, why would I come all the way to Burbank if I don't live here? Plus their website does not mention that you have to go to the gym around your address on your ID. I was gonna sign up but I think it's better to go to crunch.

Wonderful staff. Everyone's really cool thereHowever their Air Conditioner is not fully functioning in the building. Its been getting hot in the cardio areas. Once they get that fixed, I'll be back there. The staff said they're hoping that gets fixed this week.UPDATE: back to 5 STARS. A/C was fixed months ago and the staff is still terrific

If you come here to lift, its great. This isn't planet fitness. It's A GYM. Focus and you'll be happy with this gym instead finding every little detail to distract you from your workout. 5 stars. Tons of parking, good variety of equipment. Especially the 4 squat rack platforms!
