This gym is clean, the coaches are super nice and knowledgeable, there’s plenty of class time options, and there’s a huge sense of community. Love our new CrosFit home.

If you are looking for awesome place to get some fitness or if you want to begin/avid crossfitter this is your place!! I have been really impressed with the staff, the place is clean, spacious, I would go as far as saying that it is the best crossfit box I have been to since I began crossfit 10 years ago. Dale is doing a great job providing an awesome place to the community to come together and have fun healthy lifestyle, thank you to all of the CF ENG for what you do!!!!
