there is a couple of things that i do not like about Planet Fitness, first i do not agree with the policy that they only offer direct payment thru your checking account. credit card payments are the same month to month, next you cannot pay months in advance, while my company can pay the whole year in advance they will not take payment for the year. that is unheard of! this is the first time i have had that problem. next, eveytime i go there there is no life in the place. boring!... place is clean, staff is ok, change of staff has happened. so do not know what the staff will be like. not enough free weights, so you have to wait. :( or do the Machines.other than that its ok tread mills, weight machines you know the regular stuff. but no cycle bikes or group fitness which is sad, group fitness makes any place jump.

I went to cancel my membership since I moved, they told me to come in before the 17th to avoid being charged. I drove almost 30 min to cancel on the 15th, again, I was told I wouldn’t be charged. Turns out I did get charged and after speaking with two different attendants because no manager has been available I was basically told too bad I’m not getting refunded. So they ripped me off my money after being assured twice that wouldn’t happen and refuse to acknowledge what I was assured multiple times. Left message for a manager but doubt will see follow through. Terrible service!!

I’ve been coming here for years and these two last years have been rough for me I have a lot of mental issues that I’m dealing with and every time i walk in I don’t get greeted everyone looks the other way like I said I’ve been through a lot so I do like my privacy but like to be greeted and a goodbye at least I’m trying to be more friendly towards that staff but nobody wants to acknowledge it. I’m not a judgy person but this place makes me feel unwelcome. Like I said I’ve been coming here since I was 20 years old now I’m about to be 26 soon so I’ve been a loyal customer at this gym for years.

last Friday 01/29/21 in this location, I was treated without respect as a client, first of all, I have been a member of this gym for a short time, when I registered nobody told me that I could not have my bag by my side, I train hard And I have accessories that I need to train and that this gym does not have, if someone told me that I could not have registered. I was training and an employee named GABRIEL approached me with his hair painted green telling me that I could not have my bag on the floor and I told him to show me some document that said so, the document that he showed me said that he did not ask to have it On the floor, I put my bag on my bench and he came back to me saying that he couldn't have it there either, I ask him to call me a manager and he told me that he was the manager when he is not, since in his Tag said assistant not manager, he threatened to call me the police and cancel my membership, I feel harassed by this employee who is not the first time he has approached me to point out something. I have evidence that I was not the only one with bags or articles on the floor, (I have photos) I was only doing it to annoy, I repeat I feel harassed by this employee, since I am a client and I must be treated with respect and no other employee is behave like this, once again his name is gabriel and he claims to be a manager and he is not. I do not recommend this gym at all, if you want to be respected as a customer go to another business.

This place is excellent. Cant express how much i love it here. Staff is so friendly love them all, always say hi and bye everytime you come across them. Place is always clean with everyone wiping down everything after they used it. If you strictly want to work out, this is the place that you want to attend. You can’t beat 10$ a month, you simply can’t. Gabe who works there is always on top of everything, man is a machine. Miss some of the other workers there as they have moved on from the job but the staff is so chill there and i’ve never had a problem with them at all. If you are mad you can’t have your bag on the floor then you just gotta move on with your life, never went to a gym where you even could put a bag on the floor 💀In all seriousness, you couldn’t ask more for this place

I am only rating the tanning beds... everything else is great!! The “lay down” beds NEED MAJOR UPDATES!!! As compared to the gym I NORMALLY go to, their beds are super nice!! The problem?? No fans in the bed itself... you can’t turn down the facial lights.... super hot!!! And one, lonely tan at your feet!!😡 No bueno!!!Please, owner of this particular gym—- please UPGRADE!!

I had the privilege of visiting this Planet Fitness as a guest last week while on a trip to Florida with my husband. The assistant manager, Gabriel, could not have been any nicer or more accommodating...he certainly is an asset to this establishment. Gabriel took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and was very kind and considerate. I observed the staff cleaning the equipment frequently on my visits. And all the staff were warm and welcoming. Although I only used the exercise bike all the equipment appeared clean, new and sturdy. I was very pleased!

Excellent facility, staff maintains the place clean and are very polite and attentive

came in today to workout and as i was about to use the stair climber a “manager” by the name of gabriel came up to me to tell me he was told that i wasn’t wiping my equipment down, which was absolutely false considering i even took my safety a step further and wore a mask for the duration of my workout. if i didn’t care about my health i wouldn’t wear a mask, so why would i not wipe down all of my equipment. secondly, another team member with a fake name badge on “itachi” was chuckling at the fact his coworker was being rude. cancelled my membership instantly because children are who work here.

I enjoy going into this Planet Fitness location and the staff have always been friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. A few times I've been it does get busy, but there were still many machines available and never felt I had to pass over a machine I wanted to use during a visit because I was unable to get an 'opening'.
