Repeated days of smelly and dirty jacuzzi due to low chlorine levels. Complaints met with weak excuses and lack of service, allowing members to soak in unsafe water. So irritating.

Advantage is that it is a large gym with relatively new equipment. Bad thing is that it is understaffed. The only employees seem to be sales people. The ventilation/fans could be better. The men's locker room is always dirty, wet, and toilets are show signs of "heavy" use.

The swim suit drying machine in the men’s locker has been broken for months. The sauna smells way worse than the other locations. The men’s showers smell terrible too.. doesn’t seem like they clean the drains.

Disgustingly dirty, so bad the sauna smells like something died in there, mud on the floor, build up of dirt, looks like no one’s scrubbed it down for months if not a year, I’ve lived in off-grid situations and your facility is more disgusting than any public restroom I’ve ever seen. Used Bandaids and hair in the sauna along with a build up of dirt, dort soaked wood planks that stink to high heaven. The super young staff was not concerned about the status of their gym whatsoever, could care less, other gyms n the area are closing down all of their amenities, and no one seems to care at all, no managers or management to talk to at all, my girlfriend already canceled her membership due to this, only Corporate cares about losing business, I’ve been a member for years, the gyms in Huntington Beach and San Clemente are much cleaner by far, and they’re some of the dirtiest gyms I’ve ever seen! I will be canceling my membership if things don’t get cleaned up right away- HOW IS THIS COVID-SAFE?!?

It’s embarrassing that this is the corporate headquarters gym. Fist time back in 4 years and same problems exist when I left. Don’t sign up and go here, misinformation regarding prior issue. Same problem incurred today, nothing has changed with the same incompetent managers in charge. The GM is the big issue, he doesn’t listen and make appropriate changes. Then his underling managers disrespect the member sticking his neck out to complain. I’ll find another gym and cancel my membership, 24 hour went chapter 11, I wonder why? Don’t blame it on COVID, it’s horrible management that has no accountability to the members.

It’s like the employees at the front desk here are told in orientation: “if they enter and they’re black, DO NOT Greet, DO NOT make eye Contact, if you’re conversing with a fellow employee as they’re entering their member ID number and the screen pops up as confirmed or a verified member, do not and i mean DO NOT acknowledge it carry-on with your conversation. If they’re not black, you put on a FAT SMILE and greet them as if your life depended on it. Have fun,” every time I come here with every employee they hire. but the equipment is well taken care of so I guess it balances itself out. Lol
