I called NOW and whoever answered REFUSED to reply to my question about the showers being CLOSED at 4:99an! Whoever picked up my call SHOULD BE TERMINATED because GE said : I don’t know and have to hang up now”! And THAT Should NEVER be a reply to a 30 year loyal guest!. Or should it????

This gym's pool water temp dropped more than 10 degree over the last 2 weeks . It became unbearable to swim in this gym. I have told the front desk many times. But no improvement was done so far.

The pool here is always very cold! They usually turn the pool heater on at noon and turn it off after the water aerobics class so it's never warm.

Disgusting and very dirty gym.Especially the pool area jacozy steam room and the shower are. DISGUSTING. WHAY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT DIRTINESS OF THE JACOZY ITS BEEN MORE THAN 2 months that they did not fix it. Attention ⚠️If you don’t fix it I will call health department.

Pool is clean but cold. They could use a sign up sheet so who's next to take jump in so it's not so confusing. Will continue going here though.
