The Southpoint location is the best location! It's more spacious than others with great instructors.

I have been going to OTF for a year and a half and absolutely love it. The coaches are amazing and motivating. Great place to workout!

I absolutely love OTF. The coaches here are amazing and extremely motivating. I would rather go to OTF than a normal gym to run, lift, and row.

I’ve been going to OTF West Cary for years. This is the first workout routine I’ve stuck to for so long. I credit the classes and coaches and the accountability of putting classes on my calendar. Amazing. I highly recommend OTF West Cary.

I love OTF! All of the staff and coaches are wonderful! The workouts are challenging, but worth it. The team atmosphere is great and really helps motivate you.

I want to start off by saying, I love OrangeTheory as a business and a workout routine. It is challenging and allows for flexibility when traveling to go visit other studios while receiving a consistent experience. However, the West Cary studio has gone WAY down hill ever since the pandemic. I’ve been a member at this location for 2.5 years now and I’m finding myself actively avoiding going to this particular studio. For starters, the entire orange theory experience is based around a heart rate monitor that you can track throughout the equipment in the studio. This location consistently has three or more tablets on their treadmill‘s not working. Most are out of service for a month or longer. What is my $150 membership going towards if not to upkeep the studio? An Android tablet is $49.Secondly, while understandable, after the pandemic every single coach either quit or moved to a different studio. This led to an entire new staff - not only the coaches, but also management and front office. Since opening back up it has been a revolving door with most staff not staying for longer than three months at a time. The head coach is annoying and demotivating. And the manager does not care about their customers and provides a poor member experience. I will say there are a few shining stars - Doracy and Carter as are amazing, Bri as the front office staff is incredible.Which leads me to my third point, it’s very clear that this studio only cares about making money with gaining more members and positive customer reviews on social channels as evidenced by the “Bingo” competition (No, Shaun and Haley, I do not want a phone call about this). However it’s gotten to a point I can’t keep my mouth shut anymore. There is no studio support/pride. There are no member events or competitions, and if there are it is poorly communicated (not all of your customer base is active on Instagram). There is 0 follow through on contacting disgruntled members and until all these things change - this studio will struggle. I hope the regional and corporate leaders see this and make a change, the location of this studio has the potential to do really well being in the heart of RTP and near affluent neighborhoods in Cary, but the way it’s managed detracts any potential customer base.

I’ve been a member at OTF West Cary for a few years. It’s a great studio with supportive, encouraging coaches and staff. They work hard to ensure COVID safety protocols are followed. The workouts are so much better than what I can do on my own. Highly recommend!

I’ve been with OT for about 2 months now! And Moe is my absolute favorite instructor. He is super energetic, fun, and a great motivator! Highly recommend taking one of his classes or any class at this location. All of the instructors are excellent.

I have been a member of OTF West Cary for nearly 4 years. The staff is extremely nice and professional. Coaches are motivating and engaging, always creating an exciting atmosphere. Equipment is well-maintained. I have taken class at other OTF studios and West Cary is top notch.

I've been coming to OT West Cary for over three years and can't recommend it enough. The coaches are motivating, the staff is so helpful, and the equipment is well-maintained. I started OT to achieve a half marathon goal, beat my goal, but stayed for the sense of community and great feeling after completing a workout. If you've been on the fence about trying OT out, just do it, you'll love it!
