I love working out here! The trainers are amazing! They are aware of my limitations and help push me to go further. They are kind and encouraging. The semi-private workouts are perfect. I’ve made two new friends that are also very encouraging. Be Strong is a great positive atmosphere to work out in.

So much more than a gym - trainers that listen encourage direct and work with you to obtain your goals and more. The 1 on 1 assessment is a outstanding tool for the trainers to asset your flexibility strength and weak areas - then the work starts - the transformation begins goals obtained and new one's set - you are stronger more flexible and feel better - so much more than a gym!

Working with Matthew and Taylor at Be Strong is the best fitness decision I've ever made. They are both friendly and motivating, but still push me to do more than I think I can each session. Working out on my own for months on end never produced the results I've seen in a few weeks at Be Strong. My first appointment with Matt was last night after work, and I was favorably impressed by his knowledge and what he said he could do to improve my strength and fitness. I'm an older runner, so that's what I'm after... and he's a runner too, so he understands. Anyway, I signed up last night for two personal training sessions a week, starting after Thanksgiving, and I looking forward to improving myself. Stay tuned for my six-week evaluation! :-)

Be Strong is the best gym in the Chattanooga area!As a traveling journalist, who sporadically spends time in Chattanooga, I needed a gym with lots of flexibility. Due to my unpredictable work hours, I was very happy to find that Be Strong is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.Matthew is a calm, consistent motivator who is genuinely concerned with helping his clients reach their goals - safely.
