Fantastic experience! The gym was clean and the trainers were so helpful. I went to one of their group classes and I was encouraged and pushed in my abilities. The trainers meet you where you are and help motivate you to meet your goals. I cannot wait to go to more classes!

This gym is awesome! The trainers, Matthew and Gesner, are so encouraging and motivating. I felt so good after doing a wholistic and well planned workout. Will definitely be coming back again!

For years I kept saying I’m going to get back in shape. I even went and joined many gyms. All were intimidating, very little help from staff and extremely overwhelming to me. So I honestly just continued to push my fitness goal back. That was until neighbor invited me to her workout class. From the second I walked in I was greeted and introduced to other members that were there. Once the class started I was unsure how to do a lot and the Instuctor Gestner without hesitation helped me and I soon felt confident in what I was doing. I then said you know what what’s one more membership? Since joining I have been helped by both Gesnter and the owner Matthew. They are great at what they do and especially with making me feel comfortable in what I’m doing as well as showing me how to do the workouts properly. Honestly joining the Be Strong family has been one of the best invest I have made for myself.

Be Strong has amazing trainers. Knowledgeable, professional and personable. The workouts have been challenging but balanced to honor the differences and varieties of fitness levels to still achieve results. Limited class sizes allow for individual attention while still creating community and group support. It’s a great, positive environment for fitness and health.

Today was my first time doing group fitness at be strong. I was impressed with the quality of the circuit-training workout spanning the timeframe of 30-45min: it was challenging, but doable. A great way to start the weekend off - Great burn! The quality of the equipment was outstanding! The coaches were knowledgeable and motivational: giving feedback on form, engaging core, and increasing weight. The workout group was diverse, with a contagious positive energy - focussed, with a component of lightheartedness I appreciated - it felt like a community workout. I learned some knew workouts and made some new connections. Here at Be Strong Health and Fitness, the team is one of a kind! They believe in equipping people to be the healthiest they can be with lasting results (using effective health and wellness tools). They are super accessible - located just outside of Finley Stadium. I highly suggest you check out this holistic, client focused, cutting edge gym.

I love Be Strong Health and Fitness! Matt, the other trainers and clients welcomed me with opened arms and motivate me each time I walk through that door. I never knew how strong I was until I met this guy! He pushes you when you think you can’t go anymore and make sure you have the perfect posture with every exercise!!! That’s a plus! He cares about your health, strength, mindset and even your family🤣 I love Matt! So glad I found him.

I absolutely Love.. Love Be Strong Health and Fitness. I initially saw Matthew on Facebook LIVE speaking with one of his clients about the Grand Opening of his new Facility. Listening to him speak about walking in GOD given Purpose, I immediately knew that it was a Divine appointment for me to train with him.I kept hearing and seeing BE STRONG! 💪🏾I Love training with Matthew, he’s knowledgeable, patient and caring but firm. He motivates me to push harder, but I especially love that he acknowledges when I am hurting or not feeling well and will suggest modifications.And the STRETCHING techniques mean Everything to me. I am getting Stronger and Better with every session.I highly recommend Be Strong Health and Fitness.

The work outs at this gym are no joke. Matthew and his team really take fitness seriously, but they still make every class fun and welcoming. All of the trainers are quick to offer encouragement and advice, which makes the environment great for anyone who might be nervous about getting back into training, or starting for the first time.

Let me start by saying that I’m thankful I had the opportunity to meet Matthew and the Be Strong team. I’m seeing changes in my body in a short amount of time, and its helped ignite a spark for better self-care. I’ve grown more confident in my skin, and that confidence has carried over to other aspects in my life. The whole team has been super knowledgeable, motivating, and consummate professionals. Highly recommend to all newbies or veterans to fitness!
