As a employee of Crunch Fitness I enjoy my job here. The managers are outstanding to me. The members are nice and respectful. I have made a few connections within this gym. I look forward to becoming a trainer here and making an even bigger difference in the lives of our members.

Crunch has gone way down. The equipment is constantly broken and it is getting a bit upsetting. Sometimes machines will be down for weeks on end if not longer. Also the floor by the Dumbbells is all sorts of jacked up. The mat is pealing up and carrying dumbbells around it can be quite dangerous. I have nearly tripped several times and carrying 70-100 pound dumbbells could make that a disaster for certain. Also the bathrooms have been pretty gross as well. Memberships aren’t the most expensive but they certainly aren’t cheap either. Management needs to get this all squared up and in a timely manner. I will say the staff is usually very inviting so they bumped the rating up a star. So thank you to the kind staff. Please fix this equipment promptly.

When trying to cancel my membership. They do not allow you to cancel over the phone or online.

I’ve only seen one employee clean this gym when he works, the rest don’t refill the sanitation equipment, or paper towels to wipe down equipment. Water filter is constantly broken here for the water fountain. Missing equipment pieces for machines.

Personally, I enjoy going to this gym. The energy is amazing and no complaints on the childcare. It does get a bit busy some days/times but nothing crazy enough to not get my workout in.

Worst experience ever, the locker rooms are gross, my wife moved from California and was going to this location since she already had membership with them in California, not only are the locker rooms disgusting and gross, toilet paper all over the floor. Seemed like the restrooms are never clean. Nobody wipes their machines down after being used, our daughter got bit by a spider in the daycare, then a few days later, apparently they forgot to schedule my wife for her daycare. After she started her work out they call her to tell her they can’t keep our kids. Even though the worker from the previous day was the one that forgot to do input her reservation into the system. The white lady working at day care was rude towards my wife. The gentle in the front was trying to be helpful and figure something out. My wife said to either take the kids or cancel the membership. She has been sitting waiting for them to figure it out for almost an hour so not only are they wasting her time and making her sit instead of just letting her work out while they figure it out

After I had canceled my membership and paid off my remaining dues I received tons of calls and now they have reported me to collections. Harrison Oldaker is the employee that had canceled my membership and took my payment, because you're account has to be paid up to date in order to cancel. So just be warned if you're planning on moving or going to a different gym to workout you'll be called and emailed hundreds of times saying you owe them money when you canceled your membership.
