I assumed that when that 50 dollar equipment maintenance fee came out some of the broken machines would be fixed.

Gyms pretty good, would be better just depending on the time you go there’s a wait for equipment and equipment is always broke so that only makes it’s worse

Everything was ok before I cancelled everything due to work, school, etc. They frozen the monthly fee but said I had to wait until the annual fee came out to close account. Well last week we got charged the annual fee $50 10 days early. Which was fine but randomly we got charged an extra $100 for no reason. My husband and I went in Friday talked to the female manager. She said the Male manager has to fix it and left a note for his desk and sent a message to him. She said he would call Monday. It is Wednesday.Don't go here unless you want to be charged randomly and ignored as a female unless your husband is with you!!

Started going to crunch fitness about 6 months ago .I was happy with it .The staff was happy and joyful. If you did not call to schedule kid crunch you could see if there is any no shows. This passed 2 weeks there are new staff and they seem to be lazy and unhappy. They make you feel unwelcome. Hopefully that will change in the future. The reason I gave it a 4 star is the kid care . People call and schedule kids crunch and does not have enough respect to cancel when they don't go to the gym. Crunch fitness need a policy about cancellation. Its not fair for the people that are trying to use the benefit .

If I could I would give 0 stars DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The staff is rude and they will double charge you for your membership as well as charge early by weeks for your monthly payment. Also when you cancel your membership as we did because we were not happy with the service they will have hidden fees they do not tell you about. We had 3 different members look at both of our accounts to tell us there will be absolutely no more charges on either account yet they charged us even more money over a month later. When I called to see why this was the woman on the phone cut me off multiple times and kept repeating the same thing about how this charge was always planned and that somehow they must've been looking at my other account when I explained to her 4 times that we triple checked BOTH accounts and they said there would be no payments. Worst service ever will never recommend to anyone. Clarksville Athletic Club has Much better service I recommend them instead.

Crunch has lots the all the equipment necessary to build a complete regimen. The problem is the equipment in consistently broken and takes a significant amount of time to replace or repair.

Update: After some legal documents were filled out, I had a visit there in which a full refund was issued by check in the mail. Rachael was again sweet and kind. Vanessa doesn’t work there anymore.05/09/2023I signed up for the place and was given a free 30 minute session with a trainer and he failed to show up. I was given a lady named Lilly Bolton who was kind and did my session and she knew what she was doing so good on her. I signed up with her to be my trainer $240 a month that’s 1 session a week 4 times a month. She moved cities before I could get in for my 1 st session. I was left with no trainer. I went in days for months and was told I can’t be scheduled for a trainer because trainers make their own schedule and the systems are different for them as well. They mostly sent me away and rarely took my name and number and said someone will contact me and they didn’t after I was told that. I emailed Harrison Oldaker and the email was never returned I continued going in for about 3 months and was finally told they give refunds and finally got in person with Rachael who was sweet and helpful. Mr. oldaker told me they give refunds sometimes but that it was up to Vanessa. Vanessa is in charge of the personal training aspect. Vanessa finally was reached by phone and told me they don’t give refunds and that she would love to get me setup 2 times a week but they only have personal trainers at certain times that don’t meet my schedule. I signed up when I had a different work schedule so I could attend and knew that by 3 months it would change. Because crunch violated the agreement we had in left with all my sessions unused and no trainer even after the call to her. This place is truly ridiculous with caring about service. They work until the clock is done then leave and that’s all they care about despite someone paying $240 a month for a service agreed upon that they are refusing to give. Don’t waste your time or money here you can hire personal trainer’s online way cheaper and actually use them. She was also using foul language on the phone and sounded like a smoker from the chantix commercials. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. Crunch will charge you hundreds of dollars if you cancel membership before they charge their annual fee. If I get some sleezy reply from crunch on this I’ll edit this and post the photos of the employees admitting they wouldn’t schedule me and all the recorded phone calls etc. To Rachael and Mr. Oldaker thanks but Vanessa should have done something since this is her area. Shameful.
