Great gym all the workers are super friendly. It always clean and while I worked out my daughter was always happy with the childcare that was provided

My fiance and I signed up last year and I went for a few months and it was great. I had to freeze my account for about 6 months cause I been having more of an issue with my back. Just recently they charged me for the month and I forgot to cancel my membership. So I went the day after being charged to cancel and was tolded I would not be reimbursed the money. Was told it didn't matter if I just got charged. So I paid for a month of gym and didn't get anything out of it.

Amazing facility! Equipment is all in great condition and staff is also very helpful and friendly. This is by far the best gym in town.

I enjoyed my time here, the GM Harrison hooked me up with some great tips and tricks so i appreciate him. Makayla was also increibly helpful with all my questions she even got promoted in the short time I knew her working here. All in all, I reccomend this establishment.Keep up the great work y'all!:D

had an amazing time at crunch fitness!! they have many different equipment to choose from for every muscle group. the staff definitely make the experience 10 times more fun and are very approachable! so many classes that you can engage…definitely way better than planet fitness ;)

Bathrooms smell like old urine and are always disgusting

Definitely alot of potential to be great they offer great services but it does stay pretty packed even through the night and the set up I think needs to be rearranged and yes some things are broke and some seats are cracked but honestly that's to be expected especially next to a military post it's not bad but it's not good either it's an okay gym

On Tuesday I signed up for membership & my experience was not the best, it actually wasn’t good at all. If I would’ve been thinking clearly & not in a rush I would’ve told them never mind & walked out. For starters, the young lady that walked me around & signed me up was pressing me about a $10 fee for a 360 body scan & to have a trainer reach out to me for the results. After I told her my main reason for signing up was for the child watch. I explained to her my husband & I are both retired military, we’ve had our own clients in personal training, our main reason for wanting to join again was the childcare. After I denied the service at least 3x, she rolled her eyes & seemed to have an attitude afterwards. Prior to that while we were doing the walk around the personal trainers they did have around didn’t seem too friendly, almost as if they didn’t want to speak when we got to them (they’re not needed, but Crunch Fitness comes off as a family friendly business so I assume the staff would meet that expectation). We made it into the child watch area, there’s a baby maybe 4-6 months in a walker in a corner crying. Anyone could tell the baby had been crying for more than 10-15 minutes. The girl on watch was sitting near the desk with a baby in her arms, rocking her. The young lady that walked around me went closer to the baby to fake entertain her & said “she’s been crying for more than 15 mins, let’s get her mom back here.” If she wasn’t showing me around the mom probably wouldn’t have got called to get her baby (they said that’s their policy) Last but not least the young lady that signed me up did an ok job with explainin their membership details to me. She specifically stated there’s no contract, you can cancel anytime you want, you can downgrade or upgrade your membership with them. After careful consideration I called today to cancel & was told I cannot cancel until after 60 days, until after the annual fee is paid. How do you try your hardest to sell me on a 360 body scan, but fail to mention how there’s no canceling for the first 60 days. Overall, the gym atmosphere seemed great. Any gym with people actively working out will always be great, that’s the nature of the business. The staff, the trainers, etc 0/10, would not recommend to anyone. Which ultimately brings the business down

The person the answered the phone Rachael (not the manager) was rude and laughed when she stated “Ma’am we are right by a Military Base and they lie all the time”, when I called in to see why an account was continuously being charged after it was called in to be Frozen MONTHS AGO. After the first charge was made, ANOTHER call was made for the Membership to be Cancelled and then was told that they need to be done in person! This is how this company treats Deployed Soldiers? That’s pathetic and seems like they are just asking for a lawsuit.Oh and Nick Gentile must work for the company or have friends there because out of his 23 Reviews, the only good ones he gave are to every Crunch Fitness in different locations. 🙄 All his other ones are complaints. 😂
