Not a bad gym, just need to find the time that it is not packed. They are very nice and helpful. Everytime I have been in there the building has been very clean, which is not always the case for some gyms.If for some reason you need a manager they are only there Monday- Friday 11am-7pm.

So.... this place is terrible and they don't care about providing air conditioning to all areas of the gym.

Yeah. If the employees could actually work and not socialize and ignore people, that would be great.

Typical gym place where they charge ur card 2 years after randomly for no reason, even though you cancelled 2 years ago. Also they don’t answer there phone at this facility.

Multiple gym machines have been broken for over 1 to 2 months. The leg press has been missing a pad for almost 5 weeks. Calf raise machine missing a pad for almost 2 months . Leg abductors have been broken over the past 3 weeks. Multiple benchs in dumbbell area missing padding. Chest supported row machine and Incline press machine have been needing lubricant to stop the consistent squeaking. Tricep rope is frayed beyond repair. The freemotion dual cable cross has been missing as adjustment nobe for over 3 months.I would love for the gym playlist to at least have one complete song, sorry the Rick Ross and Arianna Grande remix at hitting. If the gym is running into supply chain issues a newsletter would do wonders for updating the members.

I would not recommend to ever go here.1. The air conditioning has been broken for over 4 months now. It is especially bad in the machine area that is close to the yoga dance studio. It seems like no one cares about the customers feeling nauseated for how hot it is in there!!2. The bathrooms are disgusting.3. The water from the fountain is nauseating. Bring your own.4. The staff are unattentive and couldn't be bothered to do any cleaning.5. Everything is always broken for months.Crunch fitness, you need to fix your air conditioning TODAY!! Ths is unacceptable!!

I tried to give it a chance, and came to Crunch a few times; but here are my reasons for canceling:The Sauna was nasty the few times I tried to use it.The Water fountain was broken one morning and an employee tried to sell me water vs offering me water for inconvenience. On Two different occasions machines were broken and out of use.The body fat % machine has been broken every time I have asked about using it.The weights are scattered all over the place vs on the racks properly. In my opinion, the fitness area is just dirty. And finally, I left 3 messages for management to call me; so I could address these issues, and no one ever called me back.

I have to give a shout out to Jade! She’s super fun and professional to work with! I signed up for the kickoff when I started my membership. I 1000% recommend her if you’re starting your fitness journey and want someone who makes you feel comfortable and gets you to the goals you want! 🫶 …

Love coming here. it feels like a second home at this point. Staff is great! Options are amazing! The only thing that's bad, but comes with the territory, is that it takes a while for machines or the sauna to be fixed when they are down.

Rachel, one of the managers here, is such a great leader. You can almost SEE the trust her team, and the regular gym goers, have in her. We've seen her address and resolve many issues in the past, and every time she is professional and treats others with respect. She is also the sweetest, greeting every person that walks in the door with a huge smile.
