Called in three separate times to cancel my membership because I live too far away and don't have time to come into the gym. They said that they had it all noted down and that I would need to come in and confirm cancellation. My wife went in to go cancel it and they wouldn't let her. I had been trying to cancel the membership for 3 months cuz I wasn't able to come in in person and I told them that yet they still would not cancel my membership and kept on charging me. I finally was able to make it into their office to cancel it and they said they are still going to charge me another $30 for cancellation even though that's what they had been saying for the last 3 months and that if I blocked payment then they will keep my account open and keep on charging me. I'm a disabled veteran who has trouble getting out. The only reason I initially signed up was for the massage therapy and maybe to get a little bit mobility to help with my injuries. This company has hands down the worst customer service I've ever seen of any place I strongly discourage anyone thinking about using this place to go to someplace else any place else.

One of the worst places to work out. Thank God I can still get on post. Bathrooms are always dirty, no equipment works 90% of the time. There’s never any paper towels or cleaning supplies on the floor. The staff is never at the front desk, makes you wonder what they’re doing instead refilling cleaning supplies and cleaning. They charged me a late fee, plus more, even though I have direct deposit set up. You can’t fault someone for something that’s your fault. Won’t be coming back

I'd give 0 stars if I could because nobody explained that this gym membership goes on your credit report and nobody explained you can't cancel until after the first 60 days and annual fee. No other gym in the world goes on your credit line like this. This gym is a scam. Also the assignment general manager Rachel is deaf and rude I had to repeat myself 3 times and she got hurt when I told her she obviously not listening. Horrible customer service definitely wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone in Clarksville

Not great but okay for the price I guess. The main problem is that there are way too many people pretty much any time of day, and it seems like many people who go here have no sense of gym etiquette, e.g. not re racking weights, not cleaning off equipment when finished, hogging multiple pieces of equipment, or hogging equipment for an absurd amount of time, like 1.5 hrs or more. Your 1 hour workout will take at least an hour and a half here.

This gym is not good for families. They require you to call every day to reserve childcare and it is really inconvenient. The childcare fills up quickly so you cannot go to the gym making the membership useless. It is bad business to pay for childcare with the membership then not offer childcare. Why offer childcare if it is only sometimes available? I will make the drive to the YMCA!! Also, they will not allow me to cancel for 60 days until the annual fee is taken out so now I am out almost $150 for a gym membership that I cannot use whenever I need it.

Been a member here since they opened. And since they opened they have continually had broken equipment. The water fountains are broken atleast once a month. The stalls have broken latches on the bathroom not to mention the bathroom stays dirty here. Not sure where the equipment fees go here because it for sure isn't on the gym equipment

Do not go to this gym if you have kids. They will make rules and not post them for kids crunch. They will not take your kids now unless you have a reservation and if they are full well you’re out of luck! They openly said that you can look for other gyms if you don’t like it. They only want 15 kids in the gym at a time. It’s a waste of money if you originally sign up for kids crunch but can’t use it or even get discounted for what you can’t use because of their “new” policy that they failed to post.

Overall the place is okay. I have always had positive interactions with the staff. I usually go around 6 to 7pm and it seems like there is never enough equipment/space. The dumbell area could also use more attention during cleaning. Specifically around the benches.

A very awesome gym to go to. crunch has all of the necessary, tools to accomplish your goals. it’s a great environment, atmosphere, cool people. just an all around great place to be! I highly recommend to everyone especially if you’re in search of something new!

the club has many positives but it should not take over a month to fix machines with worn pads. Other clubs don't have these problems and they have a network of stores where they could get the replacement parts. If that does not work they could have an upholstery shop fix them.
