I love crunch fitness, I’ll just get that out of the way now. They don’t get weird about people lifting heavy like some other purple gyms, almost like they anticipate that you will get stronger if you keep going. Also the people that go to crunch are helpful and friendly as are the people that work there. Only reason I knock a star is that when a machine breaks down it stays broke. For a good long while. Example one of the leg curl machines went down back in October and just got repaired in January. Luckily they have a bunch of equipment so it’s not a deal breaker but something to be aware of.

I truly love crunch fitness. I recommend everyone to go here. I tell my friends about it all the time and get them to join. I do the group classes and we are like a big family in there. All of the employees are amazing. It is fun I never thought that I would wake up thinking about the gym until I found crunch fitness. Thank y'all. I would give 10 Stars if I could.

It has so many different fitness machines that you don't have to wait for one. They also have yoga classes and a person to analyze your build and nutrition factors. Staff is very nice.

Tried cancelling three times over the phone. Three times in person over the course of the year. Each time, they told us Crunch would stop charging. They didn’t - finally got fed up and blocked them from our card. They called, we told them what had happened and they verified that we did try to cancel multiple times even after receiving an email saying there was “no record.” Wasted lots of money continuing to pay our bill to them hoping they would stop - FINALLY got it cancelled after we blocked them - they sent our remaining balance to collections. Just a bad experience all around.

I've been a member for several months now and I just love them! Great staff, personal trainers, tanning beds are always clean and ready to go, the hydro massage bed is especially nice after a hard workout (just really wish it wasn't so damned loud), and the sauna is perfect for those days where nothing wants to get moving!

Too expensive considering it's always busy when I was able to go. I had a hard time getting on any machines. So I stopped going and eventually canceled my membership. Plus when I had a personal trainer, the amount of money I paid for it... not much of that went to the actual trainer. Only thing I liked was the body scanner and tanning beds.

The gym itself has no issues. Lots of equipment, no issues with the fundamental side of this establishment. However customer service was disgusting. Approached staff multiple times to review an overcharge in membership fees. Absolutely no concern was given t words the issue, leading to me wanting to cancel my membership. On three separate occasions I was told that none of the staff on shift were capable of cancelling my membership. After multiple trips and extremely poor service(never once asked why I wanted to cancel or how the poor service lead to this decision) I finally found a manager who made me wait for 30 minutes while talking to another customer about non-work replayed subjects. Finally on the third trip was able to cancel the membership, never did get a resolution on being overcharged for months. Great place, just don’t ask anyone to do any work….

Would not recommend. Often overly crowders unless you go in the late night hours. The bathrooms are often un kept. I’m the year I have spent a member I have seen many machines get damaged for long periods of time without repair. The staff is always friendly however the management is not. Good selection of equipment when you can find it open. If you need to cancel your membership it must be done in person and takes about 2 hours.

The worst gym I have ever been to. Staff today get rude with me for grabbing a drink that I'm buying from the gym before I scanned in. The cooler is literally right next to the desk. She says "idk why ppl think they can just walk in here". Several occasions the bathroom is dirty and the supplies to wipe down the gym equipment is regularly empty. As the saying goes you get what you pay for and you will definitely get that here. The only reason I go here is because its the closest gym to my house and it's open 24hrs.

Staff is super nice and very attentive, the facility is a sight to behold. Love the hydro massage and sauna. Absolutely worth getting a prime membership! Trainers are very helpful, the smart start was definitely the way to go for me. A monthly fitness scan to show your progress and knowledge from a professional trainer to help you find the right routine to fit your needs. 10/10 will recommend
