If you are solely choosing this gym over others because of the sauna, don’t. Lol it never works. I would say 90% (made up percentage) of the time it’s broken and it takes them forever to get it fixed. Not sure why it’s always broken, but whatevs. I chose the gym over others because of this and have been disappointed. I recently ended my contract and will go with a basic gym since the one amenity I enjoy doesn’t work.

It's a gym close to a military installation, so naturally there won't be a shortage of clients. The male bathroom doesn't have anything to dry hands other than two air blowers. One of them has been broken for over 5 months despite my letting the staff know. Sometimes there's a line just to dry your hands in the men's bathroom as a result. There's only one waterfountain location. These broke recently and stayed broken for over 4 weeks, allowing the staff to sell water bottles over the counter. Pretty lucrative. There are lockers that have combinations you set yourself, however, they need to be reset periodically to use them. The staff routinely neglect this until there are no lockers available due to all of them needing to be reset. This happens without fail until enough customers complain about not being able to access a locker.Overall, this gym does not have the greatest staff or greatest location by any means. Half of fort campbell has subscriptions to it, so on paper i'm sure it's highly profitable, but as far as the actual gym experience, it's a pretty shoddy gym. As long as the money is flowing, nothing will change I assume. But hey, here's my two cent google review.

The manager Bill is an absolute joke, has no integrity and is in no way a man of his word. I spoke with Bill today because I was told by a trainer that I would receive a refund of $180 for the PT fee and I have texts showing where I was told that. Bill told me that trainers are not allowed to offer refunds to clients but if I had proof stating that I was told that he would absolutely honor it. He texted me saying he went through trainers texts and saw where I asked for the refund but it was asked for too late. I sent him a SS of the text and highlighted where the trainer said I would receive a check in the mail. Bill said he was aware of the text but does not owe me a refund. I will NOT be continuing to support this establishment due to the lack of integrity by management. Not to mention the childcare is now only accepting 15 kids at a time, the sauna never works and the water fountain is also continuously broke down. They also did not inform anyone of the childcare changes until you drove all the way there to tell you they don’t have space and you need to start calling to TRY to get a spot. I was going 5-6 days a week for 2 hours to only 1-2 times a week if lucky.

Signed up for a 7 day free pass the first day I went I walked in and waited at the front desk to be greeted by the lady with the septum piercing in the front desk. After a couple of mi utes she finally attended to me I told her I was new and was there for the free trial. I told her I was wanting to do the Zumba class and she said “go ahead” I had to ask her where it was because this was my first time here and she just pointed to the back. I returned again the next day hoping I would get better customer service but again It was the same girl with the same energy. The Zumba instructor Carol was awesome and the sauna is nice but it would have been nice to have gotten a tour of the facility on my first visit that way I would I could have seen all crunch had to offer. My biggest suggestion is the front desk work on customer service and offer tours to new guests because I was really looking forward to signing up.

I am attempting to cancel due to the fact there is way to many people because they just let people in without checking their membership. This gym is overly crowded and not worth the hype.I can easily sign up with my signature online, but i I can’t cancel online or have them email me any type of cancellation form due to “forge signature”. What a joke. I have to come in when a manager is there. What a surprise, she isn’t there. This isn’t rocket science. Canceling my membership is easy. Or try not letting so many non paying people in.

I was VERY disappointed with my experience at Crunch. Being a first time guest, I wasn’t really expecting much, but I couldn’t have been more disappointed. When I first walked through the doors, I was greeted by two disgruntled guests who were unable to flag down a team member to assist them and they suggested that I just walk in without paying, but I didn’t feel right doing that. After waiting for several minutes, a team member finally came to the front desk and seemed ready to assist all of us. Boy was I wrong… He just kept telling me how it would be cheaper for me to sign up online than it would be in person, but he was very eager to assist me and offered me some promo codes to get the price down to $0.02 for the first month! What is the point in having someone at the front desk if they are just going to tell me to sign up online? It seemed like he wanted to do everything he could to avoid working…Then when I finally finished signing up for my 7 day trial, I made my way to the locker room attempting to take a warm relaxing shower. The first 3 shower stalls as you walk in have clear glass doors on them which allow for full visibility of whoever is in those stalls and THANKFULLY no one was in them and I was able to use the 4th shower stall which luckily had a curtain. The shower stall was incredibly tiny and they had no hot water… Ugh!I don’t know why anyone would go to this gym when Planet Fitness is SO much better and more inviting. I am glad they offered me a 7 day free trial because I never plan on coming back to this sorry excuse of a gym. Planet Fitness here I come!

It’s a good gym, staff are friendly. Great variation of machines and weights. Issues I have with people, literally setting up tripods right next to you while you try to work out/recording. Some people also don’t have common courtesy and won’t respect personal space while working out. People would hog up the squat racks or bench press for 2+ hours. People also don’t take care of the equipment. I understand that the gym gets packed but have some decency be polite and be respectful. If you have anxiety ptsd or hyper paranoia…I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Make sure to bring your tool kit with you if you’re planning on smashing a leg workout because machines don’t really get maintained even tho annual fee suggests they do. Some machines are broken for a solid month now. But yeah justifies the relatively low price. Other than that friendly staff and great AC. Would recommend if you only go to the gym for the cardio or if you enjoy fixing stuff.

I’m giving this gym 5 stars because this gym has helped me become a better version of myself. The staff is so nice! I started doing the classes that they offer and it has helped me build confidence in the gym. I have never felt more confident going to a gym than I do coming to Crunch. If you are looking for a gym, you found it! Crunch is it!

I go around midnight when there are very few people. It is always clean. The staff is very friendly. I love the sauna and kids zone there. Punching bags and dance studio are my fave. I recommend this to everyone. Very affordable also.
