Nino is a great trainer. I have been working out for about a year now and I can say working out with him has helped me accomplish my personal goals. I joined Rock Solid Fitness a little over a year ago. I can honestly say I look forward to my workouts for the first time in my life. The coaches here are very supportive with whatever your personal goal may be. Not only am I in better shape and stronger than I have ever been I also feel a great sense of accomplishment.

Rock Solid changed my life in many ways. It's made me be able to make working out a habit. I love this place so much I drive from South Tampa. It's the formula that works: exceptional experience in service combined with unbelievable results and progress toward personal outcomes. I am so proud to be a member of Rock Solid and I tell everyone about it. Who would have thought that 25 min 2x a week could get me to leg pressing over 375 lbs?? NOT ME! So, is it worth it? Absolutely. There is nothing better.Recently I suffered a full ACL and partial meniscus tear. Because I have been working out with Rock Solid, my recovery time has been 2x as fast as what's expected. Rock Solid saved my left leg and my sanity!!

I've been training at Rock Solid for about 5 months and am so happy with my results so far. As someone who is usually training for half and full marathons, I've always found it difficult to fit strength training in with my run schedule. At Rock Solid I get all of the strength training I need in two 30 minute sessions a week, it's super easy to fit into my schedule. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and make sure each exercise is performed correctly, which means a lot for someone injury prone like me. I've definitely noticed a difference in my running performance and in my health in general. Thank you Patty, Nino, and the Rock Solid staff!

I have been going to Rock Solid Fitness in Dunedin for two years and love it. When they say one on one training it is exactly that. Your own personal trainer, that pushes you. They keep a log of your weights and progress each time to keep you on track and educate you on working out, and give health tips. Friendly and supportive staff.

I’m a new member of Rock Solid Fitness and my 1st workout/training session was like nothing I’ve felt before. In 30 minutes I was able to push myself harder and more deliberate than I have since college working with the trainer for the swim team. My trainer was Mike and he concentrated on our 1 on 1 time every minute of our session. I’m excited to see how my mind and body develops over the coming months 🙌. This gym already feels like a family welcoming me in.

The team at Rock Solid Fitness has been incredible! After becoming de-conditioned after a serious ankle injury and two years of working remotely and sitting for many hours a day it's been amazing to regain strength and muscle definition. I am in my third month of training twice a week and have been loving my results. I feel a noticeable difference in my energy level and love the motivating and professional atmosphere at the facility. If you have not visited for your complimentary body composition assessment and workout I strongly recommend you book an appointment STAT! Don't put off prioritizing yourself any longer-it's so worth it!

I have been doing strength training at Rock Solid Fitness for 1 1/2 years now. This is the finest weight training that I have ever participated in. The strength coaches make certain that your form and exercise speed are correct. I've had genetics testing done and am facing an osteoporosis threat. I know that I am doing my body right by being here. Personal bests have been experienced in both the chest press and leg press. I am so happy that I've found Rock Solid Fitness!
