The entire staff at Rock Solid Fitness is enthusiastic, motivating and kind. I look forward to my twice per week, 30 minute workouts and I am seeing incredible results. I am putting in the hard work, but their support and encouragement always makes me dig a little deeper.

What I like about their fitness program is you can get a good workout in 1/2 hour 2 or 3 days a week and stay in great shape. Good program and Shawn at Rock Solid is a very good trainer who understands how to manage people with busy schedules but keeping them on track.

I am SO happy I found Rock Solid Fitness! I used to have a High Intensity Trainer a few years ago when we lived in Orlando, and I learned very quickly that this method of training gets RESULTS. After we moved to Palm Harbor, I tried various other types of training (boot camps, group fitness, etc.). Nothing helped me to get the same results until I started High Intensity Training again at Rock Solid Fitness. I'm a busy professional and a mom of three daughters, so I also love getting in and out in 30 minutes - 2x/week. After only 6 weeks, I feel stronger, have more muscle definition, and I'm well on my way to getting into the best shape of my life at age 41! I can't say enough about Patty, Illy, Drew, and the whole RSF team. They are truly pros at what they do.

I started with Rock Solid Fitness a month ago when I took them up on their offer for a free introductory workout. When I was finished I felt like I had run a marathon. Never before had I worked so hard in 30 minutes. Since then I've been addicted. If you want a workout challenge and want to be pushed this is the workout for you. And if you think this is like an ordinary personal training session trust me - it's not. This is a no cheating environment - if it looks like it's too easy it won't be for long!The staff is professional, friendly and courteous. I felt welcome and like I was among friends immediately.Give it a try - it's free and you won't regret it. It's the best 30 minutes you can give yourself!

Rock Solid definitely has the recipe to help you meet your fitness goals. In just 45 minutes I received a complete body composition analysis and a High Intensity weight training workout. Illy, my trainer, was both knowledgeable and motivating. She was there through every step of the process and knew how to push me to my limits. While playing professional baseball and college football I was always coached to throw heavy weight around and spend over an hour in the weight room. Rock Solid has proved those techniques are not necessary. With Illy's coaching, I received a better full body workout in 30 minutes than I would have with an hour spent at the gym focusing on 1 or 2 body parts. Patty, and her entire staff are incredible. Everyone I met was courteous and genuinely interested in helping me succeed. I would highly recommend the free introductory session. It will keep you coming back for more.

I hate working out. It's far more fun for me to look for ways to *not* work out, but that changed when I began going to Rock Solid Fitness. Patty and her team have created a warm and professional environment to pursue your individual fitness goals. For me, someone that has been estranged from fitness, it's been a great way to get excited again about what being healthy means. In just a couple months I'm beginning to feel more energetic and stronger and it's amazing. I think the biggest thing for me is being accountable to the trainer to make our weekly appointments. They make it fun and I look forward to what they have in store for me (most of the times!). Excellent service and value!

Tired of long, boring stints at the gym, I started working out at Rock Solid about 9 months ago. What a great place! Now I actually look forward to working out! The atmosphere is warm and friendly, yet very professional. The trainers are top notch, great at motivating and challenging me during every work out.I have also learned so much about exercise and nutrition through their Best Body For Life Program.Take advantage of the free introductory work out. Coming from a fitness back ground. I was a personal trainer many years ago. Everything changes in the market over time. Let me tell you Rock Solid Fitness is the best place to get on track to change or start you work program for a better life. Patty and her staff with their programs show how you can maximize you workout with with less time. They changed my mind. You don't have to be a gym rat to get maximum results. The staff is very knowledgeable and the place is really clean. I recommend dropping in and trying it out. You will be amazed.

Wow! Twice a week, half an hour each time. Weight resistance based training that will leave you feeling invigorated, not exhausted as the usual workouts tend to be.This is definitely a testimonial to quality versus quantity. In only a couple of months I feel 100% stronger and more confident. The trainers at Rock Solid Fitness know their stuff, no doubt.
