EVERYONE WITH PROBLEMS LIKE MINE NEEDS TO REPORT THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. ITS TIME WE CANCEL CRUNCH FITNESS. Tried to cancel my account months ago, told me I have to send a letter to corporate, and I did. Still talking money out my account. I haven't been going for months. I also had to leave my job to fully focus on school. So they're just draining money out my account and I have no source of income. Shouldn't there be a more simple way to cancel a membership? I did email you people and I haven't gotten in contact . Everyone needs to report this scam to the better business bureau.

THIS IS A SCAM! I signed up as most people do in January and was sold on the idea it was only $15 a month. I was NEVER notified it was a two year contract and it has been a nightmare to get out of. If you are looking to commit to a gym for two years, this is for you. If not, don't do it.

Please, please listen to those posting about how hard it is to get out of contracts/auto drafts. This gym is NOT worth it. Move on to somewhere that actually cares about you and your membership and will be upfront about …

Just like everyone else, I was duped by the 24 month contract. I signed up with the understanding that my membership was month to month. I wouldn't have signed up if I knew it was a 24 month contract. And it makes no sense that even if you are present at the location, telling Crunch fitness that want to cancel your membership, you should have to mail in a notice. Even if they just want a paper trail, wouldn't an email suffice? I had to leave the location, buy an envelope and stamps, and send a letter to the location I left an hour ago.Crunch Fitness, even if you feel the way you have your memberships set up is fine, so many customers are saying the same thing. Even if the misunderstandings are customer error, wouldn't it be better business to create memberships that are more customer friendly?

staff is nice, they're not pushy when offering packages, which is huge. the gym is clean, and well organized. the equipment was well thought out, (they have multiple bench presses and power racks.). This is one of the best gyms in the area, and definitely the best in Irmo!

I have tried to cancel my contract for the last 9 months. First I called and told the center that I did not wish to renew after my initial contract was over. I was then told after noticing that another month dues was taken out that you have to send the cancellation in writing. I did that as well. Now I see that another months dues was taken out. Do I have to report this company to the better business bureau just to stop you from sneaking money out of my account? I do not wish to continue your services!

Just moved to the area and I was happy to see Crunch in the neighborhood. Only been a member for a week but staff friendly and readily available. Gym is clean with lots of space. Has ALL the equipment you could ever ask for. Members all seem friendly and focused on their workout not yours. Highly recommend ..

This is the best gym in the area. Easily. Its cleaner, better equipped and better maintained. I actually worked for the competition and workout here. I see a lot of undeserving reviews from people who either don't use the gym, don't understand when signing a contract its like any other contract. It doesn't say in the contract "if you feel like following the contract or feel like going" ---i literally joined for 15 bucks and this place puts the neighboring gym to shame. Love this gym, and its staff. There are bigger gyms w social scenes--but that's not my thing, this is a gym you go to if you are actually looking to get in shape and kill some results. Eric and his crew are great, do yourself a solid and make this your gym.

Tried canceling my membership with this gym several times. I even went in person and spoke with the young lady at the desk. Made sure she understood. I Do Not want to renew my membership. I was assured that 2/25/2021 was my last billing. Checked my account today there is another charge for $69. I called up there, now you have to mail a letter. Mail a letter? I told you in person I DO NOT WISH TO CONTINUE. My 2 years are up and I dont want to continue.

Great crunch fitness. Now really big but has everything you need for leg day. Arm day cross fit or just a good cardio work out. Fitness classes are fun and moving. Go by and seeBTW don't worry about covid here. Cleaning stations are everywhere. Crunch is doing there's best for you
