The front desk representatives are friendly and the equipments are okay. The place is way too crowded and not properly maintained. The parking is a hassle. I was never told that I had to get my ticket validated in order to get free parking so I got charged $9 for one hour parking on my first visit. ABM Parking whom 24 hour fitness is partnered with is terrible at communicating.

Who ever the front desk person was on 10/27/19 at 6-7pm should be given praise and or a raise. She was very helpful with questions and overall very pleasant. 10/10 customer service. I am visiting from out of town and had a great experience at this 24, clean organized and they even have squat racks with bumper plates.

Best decision so far. The manager Payton was very helpful. Process was very easy. I basically did everything online in 60 seconds next day picked up my keyfob. The gym is very clean & organized. Love that it’s 24/7 access.

Given our current situation, with COVID-19, I appreciate all that the staff at 24 Hour Fitness does. The gym is, for the most part, as it was last year and the years before that, only difference being that the sauna room, steam room, pool, and lockers are essentially unavailable. My biggest complaint is the hour system, in which they open for one hour and close for 30 minutes in order to sanitize everything. I understand it and support it and work with it, but it's just a minor inconvenience.

Im a dialysis patient trying to get back to a gym. Got a 3 day pass, twice the attendants had bad attitudes, really went out of there way to bad attitudes. No wonder this place is empty.

I have been going to this gym every day for the last month and the only issue that I’ve ever had is parking until I figured out just follow someone else out that doesn’t spend more time than you do there because if you spend more than two hours like I do you like a lot of people do you’re gonna pay for parking unless you follow someone else out.

This place is absolutely disgusting! Dirtiest gym I have ever been to. Sweat all over the machines, towels everywhere, no cleaner, paper towels of sweat sitting on cardio equipment. This place needs new management!

The construction that has been going on to upgrade the buildings and parking lot are a head ache and the two hour validation really makes it tough as this gym gets really crowded at the busy hours. Other than that I have been a member for over a decade and enjoy that this gym is just 2 miles from home

I come here almost everyday for the past 6yrs and this is the worst "super" sport i've been to. Every week, there is some issue, no soap in showers, showers don't work, no towels big or small, drains need work, etc. Place never remodels nor anything new for the extra money we have to pay. Im walking out drenched now beacuse they had no towels available. Really? Cant keep extra towels around or schedule properly? Hate this place.

Gym seems to have issues with plumbing and sauna/steam going down. Entire gym closed 7/10 due to plumbing issue.Big corporate area and now they got ride of the towel service with the dues going up.Towel Service was a huge selling point to pay more to go to this gym.
