Equipment is always in a state of disrepair, half the treadmills don't work right or at all some days, gym is DIRTY, staff is largely oblivious. Gym is constantly over crowded. At the end of the year, I'm changing to another gym, this place sucks.

Gym is very big, and the parking lot is bigger. Many machines to use provided you’re not at the most common peak hours. Even around 7 am on the weekends, the place gets packed very easily. My pet peeve is moreso with the entitled rude gym goers. People just leaves thier bags right on the gym equipment and just leaves it there while they hog another workout machine. People also just leaves some weights right on the floor too.Nice looking gym but the people who goes to this gym lacks the most basic of gym etiquette of how to act like a decent human being.

It's still pretty busy at 11pm but not terrible. Fairly empty after midnight. I have never seen their store open and bring my own drink since I go after work. :( The only real inconvenience is that sometimes a couple of their paper towels dispensers / disinfectant sprays may be empty, so I just find one that isn't. They have a lot of treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and stair masters (a couple are not 100%). A variety of machines and free weights. Even an assisted pullup/dip machine for those of you who dream of doing a pullup one day :) I do enjoy this gym overall and would suggest it to anybody if you enjoy nightly workouts.

Went to the gym to sign up via a company program. I was told that the regular staff can't help me. Only the manager and he has car troubles and they didnt know when he would be in. So I am inconvenienced because of someone else's personal issue. A contingency or succession plan should be in place to prevent customers from being affected by your internal issues. So when can I return to get registered, I don't know and neither does the staff. This is super inconvenient and unbelievable for an establishment of this size.I've already canceled my previous membership and now I am stuck in limbo waiting for a manager to show up or not show up because staff are not properly trained. Really bad first impression.

Update: I'm changing my previous review from a one-star to a four-star because 24 Hour Fitness added two additional squat stations, which cut down considerably on traffic. Although I won't ever trust the men's showers again, the locker room is significantly cleaner and so is the workout area.Overcrowded and unhygienic. I'm happy this gym is in our area because we really need one, but it's not managed well. Little effort is made to manage the overcrowding and the men's bathroom is unforgivably filthy, especially the showers. If you don't have to use them, the gym may be a "3." I reported these issues to the gym several times before leaving this review. Management did not respond. You cannot even get contact with a manager at this facility.THE MEN'S SHOWERS ARE UNFORGIVABLEJust look at the photos. Clumps of hair, pieces of gum, and leftover toiletries almost always litter the men's showers. Staff have told me they only clean them ONCE PER WEEK and it shows. A light has been broken in one of them for several months now despite several reports.POOR HYGIENE DURING A PANDEMICPaper towels and sanitizing spray should be readily available during the pandemic, but management frequently fails to replace them. Patrons are good about wiping down equipment when the towels are available, but they frequently run out.THE 3 SQUAT RACKS GET HOGGED BY POWERLIFTERSThere are only 3 free-weight squat racks and they are almost always in use. I've tried going at 5:30 a.m., lunchtime, evenings, and weekends. I understand that we have few gyms in the area; so it stays busy. But, powerlifters and bodybuilders hog the racks for hours. I've literally gone into the gym, worked out for an hour, and left while the same people were on the racks the entire time. In a gym this crowded there should be a time limit on them. 20-30 minutes would be fair.
