CFDC is such an amazing gym. The coaches are super attentive, and the community support is beyond anything I've experienced. Class times are flexible, instruction is very specific and helpful to each individual, and the programming is amazing. Crossfit it scalable. It's for anyone and everyone. I never feel as if I'm putting myself in a situation where I might get hurt or injured, and I always leave the gym feeling like I've had an awesome workout. Don't try it just anywhere though, CFDC is the best.
